Good day everyone, welcome back to my channel once again. In this video, I'm going to show you my staying experience at Conrad Manila. Everything from the concierge, staff, food, experience to room and etc. are fantastic. The hotel's design is great with high ceiling. The ambience is good and upon reaching level 3, receptionist and security guards welcome you warmly. The pool is huge and it is definitely a great place for you to take a dip into the refreshing cold water after a long tiring day out there., The highlight is the Brasserie (restaurant) where continental breakfast is served. Choices are plentiful. However my major complain is the pillow, which I find a bit too soft. Also, the cleanliness of the toilet cubicle. Upon entering you could smell stench of urine. I guess the housekeeping didn't clean it thoroughly after the last guest had checked out. Probably they just simply use a floor mat to dry the floor without actually mopping or cleaning it. After reporting the incident, they took quick action to come to my clean and clean it immediately. Hopefully the hotel management or housekeeping team would look into this.
