👋☺ Hi Abigail. I think pajama pants are best to wear over the night time diaper for naps and night time. You might want to use a "night time" specific pull-up for naps and bed time... at least in the beginning anyway. Something like Good Nites are designed specifically for sleeping. Fitted around the waist and the thighs for less leakage and provides more absorbency and better leak protection. It has more absorbency materials added to the core of diaper to soak up more urine and keep moisture away from a baby's skin, helping to prevent diaper rash. 💗 For girls amzn.to/2TXlZO7 💙 For boys amzn.to/3xDII0s
👋☺ Hi Kim. I wouldn't necessarily consider it "bed-wetting" (Enuresis) until a child is past the age of potty training, maybe a little older, say 5, 6, 7 years old. Night time/sleep nap time bladder control isn't something you can train or "teach" a child. As a child grows, their bladder capacity will increase and their body will start to produce ADH (Anti-diuretic Hormone) which helps prevent them from peeing while they sleep. (isnt that amazing?) Some kiddos might not produce as much of the hormone as other children. Which ADH might explain some kid's bed-wetting at an older age. Or perhaps some kids are very deep sleepers and aren't awakened by their bladder urges. As a child grows, their bladder size and capacity will increase. Their body will start to produce the ADH anti diuretic hormone known as vasopressin which helps prevent them from peeing while they sleep. (isnt that amazing?) The body secretes the antidiuretic hormone (ADH) in the evening to slow the production of urine overnight, which helps to keep our bladder from becoming uncomfortably full - thus helping us to go all night (most nights) without needing to wake up to go empty our bladder. When you feel your child is ready to phase out the night time diapers, nappies & pull-ups, these are great disposable mattress protectors! amzn.to/3JZtKd8
