Let's get started.
We recommend that you wash your hands first.
Exercise 1 : Big Eyes & Beautiful Double Eyelids & Aegyo-sal Cute Smile Eyes
Put your index finger on the eye socket. Middle finger in the lower eye socket and spread out taut.
Blink slowly 20 times. Strengthen the muscles around the eyes, making the eyes bigger.
Look at the upper eye, move the lower eyelid up 10 times, creating a cute smiley eye.
Alternating with big eyes and smiling eyes 20 times, helps you have bright eyes.
Squeeze the brow up and follow along the brow line 3 times.
Place index and middle fingers at temples. Push up. Do 10 rounds.
Place your fingertips under your eyebrows and drag it up to your hairline 5 times.
Exercise 2 : Slim and Sharp nose
Open your mouth and purse your lips. Use your index finger to massage upwards.
And drag it down to the wing of the nose. Push it in. Do 3 rounds.
Open your mouth and purse your lips. Massage the tip of the nose and bridge of the nose for 20 seconds.
Exercise 3: Small Mouth & Plump Lips
Close your mouth and move your lips together 10 times.
Put your mouth in a smile and use your index finger to lift the corner of your mouth 20 times.
Make an O mouth and use your index finger to massage upward circular motions at the corners of your mouth for 20 seconds.
Squeeze your lips back and forth 3 rounds.
Exercise 4: Small Face
Hold the air in your mouth with your hand over your mouth. Hold for 20 seconds.
Hold cheek suction for 20 seconds.
Smile, lift the corners of your mouth as much as you can and hold for 20 seconds.
*If you have dry skin, recommended to apply facial cream first.
Use your thumb to drag the bridge of your nose through under the cheekbones to your temples, do 5 rounds.
Place your thumb on your chin through the corner of your mouth up to your ear 5 times.
Use your knuckles to massage from the chin up to the jaw line 3 times.
Use your knuckles to push up from your jaw to under your cheekbones and up to your ears 5 times.
Exercise 5: Create a V-shaped jawline
Put your thumbs under your chin and push them up and hold them for 20 seconds.
Press your thumb under your chin and drag it to your ear 10 times.
Press your thumb at the corner of your jaw down, trying to push your hand up to create resistance. Hold for 20 seconds.
Place your palms on your chin and push up to your ears 5 times.
Use the back of your hand to lightly hit under the chin for 10-20 seconds.
Finished, Do it regularly for 1 set per day for 2 weeks.
After that do it 3 times a week.
