- Fresh mushrooms "Mushrooms" - 400 g.
- Dried mushrooms "Mushrooms" - 30 g.
- Leek - 2 sprigs.
- Red pepper - 1 pc.
- Celery from the head.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Onion - 1 head.
- Tomato - 1 pc.
- Parsley - 1 bunch.
- Rice - 1/2 c. h.
/You can replace the rice with potatoes/
- Cow butter - 90 g.
- Sunflower oil - 50 ml.
- Salt to taste.
- Black pepper - to taste.
- Vegetable broth - 1.5 liters.
- First, we soak the dried "Mushrooms" with hot broth or hot water.
- Then we cut the vegetables leek, carrot, onion, celery, red pepper and fresh mushrooms in large pieces.
- We stew the leek, carrot, onion, celery and red pepper in the heated sunflower oil. Then add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Cow's butter and chopped fresh mushrooms. Pour a little of the broth in which the dried "Mushrooms" were soaked.
- Add the chopped "Mushroom" and let the soup boil for a while to absorb the taste and aroma of the "Mushroom".
- Add the hot broth or hot water with dry broth.
- Boil the soup for about 20 minutes.
- Add the washed rice, some finely chopped fresh parsley and the finely chopped peeled fresh tomato.
- Cook until the rice is ready.
Serve sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
