Such a good practice of mindfulness & a mix of stretches and flow, loved how much attention we gave into mostly every part of lower body, and my lower back felt cared for to!! Lovely start to my Thursday! Thank you Helen and a very happy day to you! ❣
Happy Sunday Helen. I've been a lazy bum since Friday and felt like a slob. So I decided to do this after a 20 min spin and feels so much better now. This felt sooo so good on my hips. Thank you so much for another lovely flow Helen. Have a great week ahead 🤗.

Really good stretch especially with my current hip problem. Due my limited mobility my hip abductors were really objecting but it definitely did them a lot of good! x
