Good morning Helen. What a lovely way to start my Monday morning. I loved the flow and transitions. I did not feel rushed at all and had enough time to settle in the positions. I especially loved the boat pose with legs extended upward. I didn't think I could do it but I guess my core has gotten stronger. Thank you so much Helen and I hope you have a lovely day .

Good *mindful* morning Helen! Hips and hamstrings are warm and ready hehe. I really enjoyed this flow! Felt light but super engaged! I have found my intention during the practice (noting was coming to my head at the beginning!) and it was to stay balanced! And I will carry this intention during my day to help me balance my responsibilities and tasks and my emotions! Wishing you to find your balances today as well ⚖️ and thank YOU for yet another day of your beautiful guidance and practices!

I haven't done much rowing myself (other than a bit on the machine at the gym) What would you like to see in a class like that? I will add it on the list to research and get planning! Hi Helen. I don't always have balance for a high lunge; you say it's ok to drop the back knee. Is it also ok to put the back foot at 90 degrees? If my foot is that way and I have a more stable base, then I can balance, but does this throw off the whole pose? And is it preferable to drop the knee? Thank you so much! Love your calming and encouraging voice and practice.

Hey Kathy!! I think both are great options to be honest! The back foot at 90 degrees is a different pose / will feel different to high lunge, but I don't think that's a bad thing 🥰 If you want to persist with high lunge, another option would be to take the feet wider apart, so they're on wider 'train tracks'... Might help, might not. But fun to try! 😊 Thank you so much for sharing your experience, I LOVE hearing how everyone's practise is so different, it's fascinating!! 🙏 xxx
