@@Love_nini7 Yes, you had to deal with it a whole month if any of you schedule how many times did you take a raw honey. I did it at least Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday repeatedly.

Unsure about this. I had a teaspoonful diluted to 1 cup lukewarm water... my sore throat aggravated... I drank 1 cup lemon juice mixed w lukewarm water and ginger, that soothe my throat. Honey brand is Sue Bee.

I take slices of ginger and soak them in warmed lemon juice. Very extreme but works well for me since I love spice and lemon. I drink the leftover juice

If you want Your throat to be Healthy and suffer with very less sore throat then try this : 2 Tablespoon Honey 1Tablespoon Ginger Juice( Grate Some Ginger and squeeze Juice from it. Little Bit of Black Pepper Powder Mix and eat at once. My mom Gives me this. in winters And i almost don't. Get any sore throats or cough

Thanks a bunch! I was coughing a lot (had an itchy throat), then I saw your suggestion and decided to try it. I chewed on ginger and swallowed the juice. After that, I drank a mix of honey and black pepper to balance out the sour taste. It was super sour at first, but I didn't expect it to work so quickly! 😅 Thanks again. Now I can sleep peacefully! 😂

Then try gargling warm salt water, just put salt in a warm glass of water. Makes sure to not put to much water in the glass cup, just a little bit of warm water and then put a lot of salt in it, AND DON’T DRINK IT, just gargle it for about 15 seconds and spit it back out.

@@XoBabieee if throat is irritated and dry, maybe the honey, undiluted ,is too harsh. put it in hot water, dissolve it, see if that helps.

I can’t relate with ya, it helps me. Idk why it makes your throat burn… maybe it’s because you have a different type of sore throat? Maybe it was cause by something different? Try gargling salt water, that has to work.

It's consistency, I had sore throat for only 2 days by drinking excessive water. but yea, I once tried a spoon of honey mixed with lemon juice, drank it down, but it aggravated my throat.
