Ingredients for the gypsy-style pork stew:
500 gr pork neck;
500 gr pork tenderloin;
100 gr pork lard;
3 large onions;
200 gr tomato paste;
150 gr celery root (optional, but mandatory);
150-200 gr carrots;
1/2 hot pepper, or to taste;
3 sprigs of dried thyme;
1 good tablespoon of smoked sweet paprika;
3 bay leaves;
1 head of garlic;
1 bunch of fresh parsley;
1 tablespoon of salt, or to taste;
1 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper;
1 red bell pepper;
1 liter of water, or as much as needed to cook the meat well;
