Semi deep dive review of these 3 popular clippers. Just wanted to try to share some information so people can make a clear choice of which clipper is best for them. Enjoy!
thank you for explaining all the little overlooked details of each clipper! Nice video, priceless game... but me personally, I would clean my clippers before making a video with them, even if it was immediately after being done with a client. But nice video once again.
Finally an answer to my questions. I’m an andis guy. I was worried if I can replace my whole line up with wireless. I’m looking at 4wireless master and 4 wireless t outlines. And 2 76 or supras
Ehhhh, if spraying it doesn’t quiet it down. It’s probably where the motor rotated the blade. There should be a plastic piece there between the motor and the blade that rotates it. It gets worn or and more slack creates more noise. If you can get that small part it may quiet it down
I actually prefer the Masters. And the magnetic guard system. But so many ppl trash them. Lol I don't understand why. I've been cutting with the red Wahl's, I forget the name of them. I do not like them. The cuts I do with the masters are way better. But I am excited to try out some new clippers and see what else I can add.
It's probably a case of which fading system you prefer: A full range clipper, as opposed to a half range clipper. The red clipper you referred to is a Magic Clip but it's the lesser version of the Cordless Seniors.
@@BobaDavis yeah so I had more time to use them, and I started to like the Magic Clips. However, I like them mostly for how light they are and when I need to smooth out a blend on straight hair. I'm thinking about getting an Oster cordless clipper or the seniors or the rebels, next. I want something with power, that's also light and bc I'm a woman with small hands, something I can control more easily. I still like my masters but after using them everyday all day, my wrist started bothering me. So I went back and forth with the 76ers, magic clips, and seniors. And used my masters for black hair or balding fades with the fade master.
I got a corded andis fade master and it seems to get pretty hot within 30 minutes or less of using. Any of these have something similar to what I am experiencing
Corded clipper question. So is the fade master essentially the same as the master with the different blade? If you're replacing with the master blade with the fade blade would that made you prefer the fade master to the master? Thanks!
@@barberslounge I've been cutting my own hair for like 2 decades ( medium fade, close not bald) and I've been ok with using the colored wahls lmao. I was thinking of upgrading but a lot of stuff on the fade master is that "It's not recommended for beginners because of the straight blade" you're the the first I've seen that said you don't like the masters blade. The regular masters blade seemed super thick to me too which is why I was researching more. I don't think I'd be considered a beginner, maybe a novice ... but that's what's making me hesitant about getting the fade master: the idea that you need a higher skill level to use it.
@@AmaterasuMasamune keep in mind they’re a little heavier. I cut my own hair too, and had been using the BaByliss boost. Maybe get an upgraded Wahl and premium clips for it, when cutting yourself, using something you’re used to and comfort on the grip are important
Привет братан! Посоветуй pleace хорошую беспроводную универсальную машинку для стрижки..мне нужен качественный клипер для снятия массы волос и для фейда..
I did that on a Wahl years ago and it never sat right after that. It would just get loose after one cut. Since then, I’ve been very reluctant to mess with lever arm screws
@@barberslounge ok cuz I just got my new clippers and switched the lever with the gold lever and I hope I didn’t mess it up but I think it’s suppose to get switched out
@@realmenez that should be fine, forgot they give you extra levers. They wouldn’t give you them if it would be a problem. Gonna try to tighten mine down a little now, or change it with the other one.
Our supplier brought it by, but I passed on buying it once I felt the lever, I knew it would take a while to break and my thumb would be sore as hell for days from flicking that thing. Stagger tooth blade should be fine, I feel like they did that just mimic the “crunch” from the corded Andis Master
@@barberslounge imma a new barber so the lever didn’t bother me sense I place my thumb on the side of the nub but I’ve cut with the babyliss clippers and my clippers just feel smoother
@@kampfer1299 if you’re comfortable with it, then keep using it. As you start to speed up thru cuts & clients it might be a problem on on your thumb, but hopefully it will be broken in by then. Just don’t be afraid to test out different clippers over time even if they don’t feel comfortable at first. It’s a regret of mine, behind reluctant to try new products
@@barberslounge yeah I understand that I got the legends because they seemed like Andis masters with the extended lever and all without the price tag adding the staggertooth blade just made it feel smoother
For me, I feel I get closer to the scalp and underneath the hair better, which results in going over the same spot less. So quicker cuts and better fades for me
@@barberslounge I think I’m going to fight my ocd and try one and also a gtx blade. Been with the original equipment from day one. 4 masters and 4 t outliners
