Wow Marshall, you outdid yourself on this one. One of my most favorite things is orange chicken with the chow mein noodles and a bunch of vegetables like broccoli on the side. I sure wish there was a low calorie version of this especially being diabetic. But I can always just portion out a little bit.

Looks great, Marshall, and an easy version to make! I like to add sliced, Sweet Onions, Red and Green Peppers, to mine, along with some diced Green Onions. Serve over White Rice or Fried Rice…ummmm, ummm!
