Oh it matters alright. You never give it full beans on a cold engine. Not this engine, not any engine. It’s not related to carburettors or fuel injectors. It’s to do with the oil and lubrication system of the engine. By giving it full throttle before the engine warms up, you’re not letting the oil get circulated through the system. You’ll have worn cams in no time
