🔥 The All-New 2024 Lexus GX 550 Overtrail and Overtrail+ grades SUV 4WD adopt a standard Electronic Kinetic Dynamic Suspension System (E-KDSS) that provides a high level of balance between off-road drivability and on-road handling stability. This system locks and unlocks the front and rear stabilizer bars to assist with control and enhanced wheel articulation.
Depending on driving conditions, speed, steering input and the Multi-Terrain Select (MTS) setting chosen by the driver, the system can independently lock or unlock the front and rear stabilizer bars as needed.

@@andrewng9977yeah but before the price jump was more a flex. Unless you really liked the chic and posh look of the GX. Seeing this and the pricing really really makes me wonder how cheap and badass the new 4runner will be next year. I did call my local lexus dealership last week though and i would be number 186 in line AND would have to take whatever model came in when it was my turn. So i guess ill be driving my gen 5 for awhile still 😢

@@LulzFam-th2yb unfortunately the new 4runner is probably gonna be very expensive :/. I like the way this lx looks but I think it somewhere in the 65k+ range and that’s before markups. So yeah I’m with you, I’ll be driving my 5th gen 4runner until the wheels fall off 😂.

@@andrewng9977 yeah. The overtrail comes with factory 33s though……not sure ill be able to resist the debt 😂. Or maybe ill be smart like you and just properly set my 5th gen up for some 35s and ride it until 2052. Haven’t decided yet

This would be true if it was a Lexus GX470/GX460 with a 4.7/4.6 L V8, but the 2024 Lexus GX 550 has a 3.4-liter twin-turbo V6, a less reliable engine.

My neighbor picked up the 2024 sequoia a few months back. Spent $80k on a Toyota. I just don’t understand people like that,if you going to splurge $80k on a car then get something up scale… at the least a Lexus and no it’s the not same thing. Drive a Camry and then an ES350,you will feel a difference. Avalon comes closer to the way the ES350 feels but still not it.., it’s like missing something. It’s definitely built slightly better… there’s a reason Lexus uses the best Toyota workers.

Why do you gotta insult Lexus like that? lol. Nobody looks at an Audi and goes, "It's basically just a Volkswagen." Hahahaha. They often share the same chassis, too! Yet Acura's are called Honda's and Lexuses are called Toyotas!

This is what I’ll be getting to replace my 2019 F-150 Lariat. This thing has similar payload, tows nearly as much (up to 9,000 lbs) cost the same or less than a new F-150 Lariat. Is better off-road and is a more practical size. Only downside is the cargo space is a little less but I should be able to manage that. This thing is badass and is honestly a pretty damn good value. Go and look up the price of the new Land Cruiser…it’s nearly the same and you get a V6 in this vs the I4.
