I did 8400 steps with this, probably because I was jogging around the house hence lesser steps. Also burnt about 512kcals with this! (153cm,46kg)

Such a great workout. Clocked in 8133 steps. Sweat buckets. Had a resistance band round my legs so i felt it in my legs and abs..

I love all your exercises. But frankly, I did not like these exercises because they were very boring I think because all the movements are repeated in the same video, I felt it was boring 😢😢
