I just did this! I was only going to do half of it but I did it all to my own music playing. I burned 600 calories! 🥰 saving it to do again tomorrow

My Record: Steps: 9118, calories 372, Heart Rate Zone: 61 min in fat burning, 11 min in Aerobic.❣Love your every 30:30 interval workout, bcoz I couldnt hold for 45sec workout. he.. Thanks Yana🌺

Update steps for today.. I only did this workout 49min, 6380 steps but I burnt 402cals... It highly depends on our effort and pace... I was 10min in anaerobic zone, 26min aerobic zone, and only 9min in fat burning zone.

Really lilke it because its calm and because of my Bad knees 🥵 BUT how it os possible to burn 600-1000 kcal with this workout ? Ive Done it 2 times and it didnt Feel difficult at all nor challenging

Such a lovely workout!! But I do think the estimated energy expenditure of 700-1000 calories is overkill. I am 180cm and weigh 74 kilos and burned 600 kcal for reference. Considering I am a larger person I think it would be really difficut for an average person to get into the 700s or over, unless the workout is modified and instead of walking one would jog in place. I loved the workout, but 600 cal burn is a more accurate estimate :)

Sorry Yana, you know I really like your Workouts but after two repeats after half the time, I had enough. That is boring 😔 I really like it if the Instructors stay wirh us the whole time and not film 15 minutes and cut just the pieces together😔 Variations are fine and reps just if you stay with us and do them with us.

I do agree! I love Yana workouts, I love her smile, her choreography, video quality! But having so many repeats is boring. It would be fair to add info about it in the video description box - than I would probably netflixing at the same time:)
