Cardio and Strength Routine for a Toned and Healthy Body 💪🏻❤️
Today's routine combines strength work with dumbbells and cardiovascular phases. This routine is divided into blocks, and in each block, we will work on legs, arms, and abdomen with compound exercises.
Compound exercises are movements that involve multiple muscle groups and joints. These exercises are highly effective for burning calories, improving strength and coordination, and developing a balanced and toned body.
We will be using dumbbells, in my case, they are 5 kilograms; you should adjust the weight to your fitness level and a mat.
This routine includes a warm-up but not stretching. I leave it open for you to decide whether to continue and complete your training with a Cardio, Dance, some abdominal exercises, or if, on the contrary, you want to finish now, below I leave you a stretching routine.
