On the channel, I have various styles of strength routines for all tastes 😃 If I had to choose my favorite, it would be this style. Can you guess why? Because it's to the rhythm of music, of course! 😄
In each sequence, song of this workout, we focus on a muscle group: quadriceps, glutes, biceps, back... Although you will see that in each sequence, we also work many more muscles in a complementary way.
I am going to use dumbbells of 3, 5, and 7.5 kilos. If you don't have variety and only have a pair of dumbbells, you can add weight by putting on a backpack with some weight inside or using a jug, especially in the case of leg sequences.
It's low-impact, and the music is super nice (motivates in the process 😉). Adapting the weight of your dumbbells to your current physical condition, you can do this routine even if you have just started training with me.
