Push the egg ring handles back until they lock open. They are super for just about everything including tater rounds. This is a good sammich idea. Might try a big ol slice of tomato as well.

That'd make a mean hashbrown omelet. There is enough savory in the egg sausage mixture, I'd add a little maple syrup dip on the side.
