🥔 INGREDIENTS 🥔
Beef seasoning:
◼️ 500 gr of beef (use sirloin steak)
◼️ 1 tablespoon of garlic paste
◼️ 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
◼️ 1 teaspoon of grounded black pepper
◼️ 1 teaspoon of grounded cumin
◼️ Salt to taste
Pasta:
◼️ 500 gr of spaghetti
◼️ 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
◼️ 1 tablespoon of garlic paste
◼️ 1 tablespoon of ginger extract
◼️ 2 red onions
◼️ 4 tomatoes
◼️ 2 ajíes amarillos or 1 orange pepper
◼️ 3-4 tablespoons of red or white vinegar
◼️ 6 tablespoons of soy sauce
◼️ 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce (opcional)
◼️ 1/4 beef/chicken stock
◼️ 1 spring onion (the green part)
◼️ 2 a 3 tablespoons of chopped coriander
◼️ 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
◼️ 2-3 drops of sesame oil (optional)
