This is amazing.... I've been doing your workouts thru COVID, thank you for this... I am a senior and on days I can't get outside this REALLY helps.... Automatic start for my watch and it chose walking... its wierd sometimes it chooses elliptical lol... I burned352 calories and walked 8,069 steps... I am off for blood work for me and my mom... I started this workout thinking, it was going to be an easy walking workout; Oh, how, was I so wrong. Round 3 torched my arms and round 4 put a hurting on my thighs from which they did not recover from during the workout. I thank you, my health thanks you, but my thighs are not as thankful😂
