Join me for another 20 minute Full Body Strength Training Workout, and let's put our muscles to work using only one weight! This is an all standing, weighted, full body workout that will put those muscles to work, helping them grow and become stronger. It's a short session, so if you feel you can do more, make sure you hit the REPLAY button and do it twice!
I'm using a 6 kg kettlebell for this workout, but you can also do it with one dumbbell. Please adjust the weight to your fitness level! Thanks for joining me!

OMG did this immediately after the HIIT workout... Whew I am sweaty... I burned 190 calories... Nonstop strenth training... I used a pair of 8Lb dumbbells. Sometimes I used one and sometimes both... I left my new 8Lb kettlebell in the car and I am too lazy to get it haha... I did try to use my 15Lb kettlebell but for some exercises it was too heavy and I couldn't squat as low because its one of those old bulky ones... Thanks BurpeeGirl

You can use a dumbbell, or you can use a milk jug, or a detergent bottle filled with water or sand. Anything heavy with a grip!
