Join me for this FULL BODY WALK & TONE WORKOUT and let`s burn some calories while toning the entire body! This workout features full body compound moves that will tone and even build muscle! I included both low and high impact cardio options so you can use this workout as a MISS or HIIT session. Feel free to replace the running sections with your favorite cardio moves (skipping, squat jumps, burpees, high knees, butt kickers, whatever you prefer...)!
I'm using 2 x 4 kg dumbbells in this workout. Make sure you adjust your weights and pace to suit your fitness and energy level.
Warning: Always be mindful of contracting your core and keeping a straight back whenever you do any sort of forward bend! I don`t want anyone to get hurt! Just go as low as your body allows and do slow and controlled moves! Don't force things!

Oh boy! Tried with 5 kg weights and got slayed! Very good workout even in MISS form! A request: can you demo all moves involving something behind the back like a backward lunge or bent over tricep push backs etc in three quarter view so I can see the correct arm position? Many thanks!

Great burn! I didn't get as much as I normally do with other walk and tones. I thought it was the shorter cardio sections... Maybe I just had an off day!

Thank you so much for this workout. By far the best and easy to follow steps, yet challenging. Love the combo of squat and lunge. I was holding my 2x2kg dumbells the whole time to add resistance. I would try 2 continuous repeats for double the steps and calorie burn one day. 410 cal and 4839 steps

I truly appreciate your work especially your dumbbell workouts! My goals are to burn fat while building muscle. However, I’d like any tips on what to do when your muscles feel weak? Other than rest. I rested for 2 days and I don’t feel as strong as I have before. I loved this workout but I felt like I was struggling a bit since I was feeling a bit wiggly on my legs😕 I did do dumbbell workouts all 5 days last week so I’m not sure if I’m doing too much of it?

The reason why this felt harder than others (it did for me too) is because the cardio sections were shorter, and you didn't have enough time to recover between the weighted exercises. You might also prefer the ones that only have 30 sec work, instead of 40.

Hmmm... You usually get such high calorie burns. You got a pretty low one with this workout. I got a lower burn than usual too!
