Join me for this UPPER BODY TONING WORKOUT and let`s sculpt the upper body! This workout will target the biceps, triceps, shoulders and back. You can switch between light and heavier weights with this one, depending on the muscle you are working. I used 2 kg weights in this video, but I would go heavier than that, depending on your fitness level. If you have different weight options available, you could use different weights for different exercises.
WORKOUT STRUCTURE:
Round 1. BICEPS & TRICEPS
Round 2. BACK & SHOULDERS
Round 3. MIXED exercises

That was stinking hard! Whoo hoo! Glad I made it through. My arms are burning! I used my 7 pound weights and 5 pound weights just for the rainbows. The rest I used my 7 pound weights. Omg! Glad I made it!! Thank you!!

I did most of this workout with my new 3 kg dumbbells, and I'm chuffed that I only needed to switch to lighter dumbbells in middle of the third round. I'm planning to gradually up my dumbbell game. Very nice workout! I'm going to be coming back to this for sure.
