This is 30 minutes slim upper body workout.
It targets arms, armpit, back and abs.
I add some lower body movement to burn more calories but if you want,
it's okay to follow upper body movement only.
And also, you can do this while sitting.

I am upper 40s, have worked out basically my whole life. Into my 40s it became increasingly difficult to stay toned, and all those areas that come with hormonal weight gain were becoming more and more problematic. I tried to lean on being extra disciplined with my usual cardio and weights but I couldn’t get any results. Finding Mizi and her workouts was the ticket. I have lost inches in those areas and am seeing definition again. I also added wrist weights. Love all of Mimi’s workouts. You don’t have to wipe yourself out to get results.

@@IoveavaI also do some running workouts for 30minutes, eat everything but in moderation and I fast atleast 4 days in a week , surely I have seen some grt results

Супер упражнения. Делаю с большим удовольствием уже 3 дня, думаю буду продолжать все время, главное не лениться. Очень хорошо прорабатываются руки хотелось бы побольше на ноги тоже делать упор❤❤❤

I’m trying this for two weeks then I’ll share my results. Day 1 a bit painful because I haven’t worked out in months…… but I finished the 30 minutes Day 2: my lower back hurts a little but I’m good no pain no gain 😂. Workout was much easier today.

It's nice to know that there are instructors who provide exercises in chairs. She didn't do them on a chair. However, did mention it in the inscription box and that is fantastic! because I'm a person who has a medical problem in my foot. Time went flying but the burn was real 🔥. More of these please.
