Bhaji me incline bench press laga rha tha fir only 10 minute laga ke dost ko lene chala gya . Jab badme fir excercise ki to bhut pain huya , aise laga ki meri arm lagi hi nhi hai 😢. Trainer ji ne bataya ki mere body ko hawa lag gyi hai mai thoda sa workout krke jaldi bahar chala gya ussi se body garm thandi hogyi . Isse kaise thik kru plss batana vir ji 😢. Waheguru apko aur tarakki bakshe ❤

Sir ye strengthen exercise and stretching to mai kr rha hu kafi time se pain fir b hota h Jis din stretching na kru us din jyada hota h December se problem h smjh ni aara shoulder mai problem h ya bicep tendon mai 😢 1 physio ko dikhaya tha wo bole muscle weak h lekin ab tk thik nhi hua 😢 Please help me

Sir 30 kg dumbell slip hone se mujhe right hand biceps ko mod ne me dard ho rha h jiske karan mai 2 week se workout nhi kar pa rha hu help me😢

May pichle 4 mnt se bicep k area may pain hay....ingeneral nhi rhta but bachward movment karne may upper arm to shouldee may pain rehta hy.....kya problem hoga plz bayaye..
