It was very clear. Thank you! I have all the conditions that usually accompany biceps tendonitis. I also have a frozen shoulder. I am trying the conservative route. It will take years. I have no pain. I have time.
I'm here because of the lateral raise machine at the gym. Never, ever again. Edit: you know what's crazy guys? It was actually my supraspinatus tendon in my shoulder. It got impinged underneath the acromium bone.
Haha stay strong brother, i am still here 8 months after my injury in the gym .. wasted so much cash trying to fix it now im broke.. still training tho!
Thank you for this video! Repetitive chaturangas, to up dog to down dog in yoga did this to me probably, and the pose where you put your palm over your shoulder and bring the other one underneath and try to make them touch behind your upper back. I stopped going to class and the pain sucks. I did a full body 90 minute massage with a therapist with 17 years of practice under his belt, it helped, but of course that can't make the joint heal in a day, and doing proteolytic enzymes from food sources like Kiwis, drinking water, anti-inflammatory diet, resting, taking MSM, vitamin C, castor oil massages (Haitian remedy for everything) blah blah blah, and mantras, "I am healed I am healed" sleeping with pillows under my arms bwaaaaaa:(
Hey. I was playing badminton all of a sudden after smashing my arm fell as i was unable to lift it. My friend lifted my arm and i started recover slowly. Now I have pain from my biceps to back of shoulder. Do you think it's tendonits or bine disallocation
