@@snehapradhan5591 you have RU-vid filled with nofap videos. In nofap you restain yourself from masturbation. It balances out the hormones inside your body but it's takes time. Some say do a 90 day challenge but i think our body takes more than 6 months to get back to normal functioning and getting dopamine back to proper functioning.the moto behind no fap is " the hornier you are, more intelligent you get".noob.

1:07:12 Is this why that someone who likes songs with difficult patterns (say AR Rahman songs or something like Bohemian Rhapsody) would not like catchy songs (say a remix song, you know which artists I am talking about) because he is already used to a higher level of dopamine obtained through difficult pattern solving than songs with easier patterns combined with the effect of PFC and individual's personal taste.

1:35:19 Very sorry Tanmay bhai, i wasn't trying to advocate for weed, that was not my message in anyway, i was just telling the physiology behind music + weed but later on after sending the superchat i realized that it sounded very much in favor. I think marijuana use is still a matter of debate, the thing am sure of is it can harm the cognitive development of young people, so am in no way advocating for it, say no to drugs guys, say yes to music.

37:00 motor area It is the same used in movements and all it is most accurate in detailed analysis and thats why we use this to measure the patterns in our brain because it is best at it . But when we listen to music there is only the analysis part going on but no movement thats why there is an urge to move and dance .

I have a weird theory. Music/Sound can change the physical structure of water. And human body is made up of 70% water. So maybe minor and major chords have different effect on water and hence on your body and mind.
