Good work, their dirty marketing ways & fooling the people has been nicely presented & exposed, Joshs & Krishs hard work is truly beneficial & appreciatble , it really helps the common man, looking out for a house from being fooled. If Lodhas were so clean & upright in their ways ,What was the requirement to make this video, this itself shows All is not Well at Pallava & they are camouflaging the actual unpresentable situation.
Lodha must have given them those flats for lower rates on condition they market him, both seem to be more youtubers and less doctors. Both of them are using same clips from one another😂
Both of them might be Marketing guys from Lodha disguised as Doctors. Second thing is rarely does anyone go alone for flat possession. People always take their loved ones, family members, etc.

I remember seeing the lady's video. She doesn't even seem like a doctor. So many tatoots, way of speaking, the biking hobby and plenty of time she has all point towards her not being a doctor.

Doctors are usually so busy and this one has all the time in the world to make youtube videos, her passion seems to be biking/travelling, she may have a doctor degree but she's not a doctor in the real sense.

There is so much negativity around this project! I am planning to buy a house in Casa Bella Phase 1 and been there multiple times. My Observation: 1- Huge township and lot of greenery and open spaces. 2- Decent house build 3- Within budget (75 lacs for a 2.5 bhk is a good deal) Show me any place which offers such amenities at this price. I stay in Vashi and 2 bhk here is 2 CR. 4- School, mall temple within complex. 5- Peaceful vibe 6- 1 problem could be it is far from Mumbai. But people working in Mahape, Airoli, Koperkhairane, its a good deal. 7- Public transport could be an issue. But its an upcoming township and lot of infra projects are in the pipeline. 8- They have water 24 hours which is not even the case in Metro city like Mumbai. I did my own research and found that people commenting on Internet do not stay in palava. I spoke to people staying there and they seem quite happy! If you planning to buy, do your own research. I am still confused due to the stupid comments and videos on internet. Go and see, thats the best way.

The way club house is shown, as if the public has not seen a club house - any decent corporate house or building will have these facilities a pantry, snack area, lounge, the video seems to be targeting and alluring bottom of the barrel public, also a card for entry is pretty basic and not some kind of luxury, its fair to say that the public is being shown basic stuff and its sold as premium and luxury amenities.

Earlier when they were marketing a property in Ravet Pune, they had brochures with all European ladies and gents. When questioned if it was for Europeans, was told no sir it was for all Indians. Then why Europeans shown ? Marketing people have done it. Poor marketing techniques.

It looks genuine to me. Both are doctors and they are each other friends who bought their flat in Palava. Also looking at their profile, they seem to be a small-time vlogger and hardly have 2-3K subscribers. Lodha won't get any benefit out of it. Palava is best place as all living here know that and there are around 100 doctors living in palava this shows how they are also enjoying there and 100 doctors are also educated that is why they buy flat there after seeing all
