@@scopez5008 it does not continue the story of the anime, a series of movies with changes in the story lead to that movie. If you don't see them you can follow the movie but somethings are not gonna be as they are in the anime.

Want to know the funny part about this plan and the ending? Back when he asked Gilford the paradox question about how he would destroy evil Lelouch's answer comes back at the end of the series The answer he gave was I will become evil to destroy the greater evil. Normally the evil remains because you destroy evil with evil becoming the evil you sought to destroy. The Zero Requiem breaks that chain. He became an evil dictator to bring the world together against him to achieve peace with his death destroying the evil he became

Which I still dont understand since light was beaten and didnt accomplish his goal but lelouch not only did that he even achieved peace by making himself the enemy of the world. Light was also an asshole just because while lelouch was an asshole in the end for a reason. Honestly cant compare the two. Lelouch has and always will be better than light
