Hi Kim, So far this is great as usual. I do have a suggestion though: On the relaxation part (at around 7::08) I find the steps to go a little fast, allowing me less time to relax each part of my body. I Love how you begin at the top of the head... ! I listen while i'm awake sitting in my chair and it works just as well. Thanks much! Cilla.
