It’s like the voice of an Angel- you and Lina Grace are life savers for people like me- shift worker that sleeps until 3 in the afternoon. So hard to do! A sleep mask and your meditations are the cure for insomnia ❣️❤️❣️

Thank you, Kim! I am so grateful for these videos. I listen to them nearly every day. Sometimes to drift off into an afternoon nap and sometimes if I wake up in the night with hot flashes and need to go back to sleep.

Wow Kim im back trying to get off cigarette. It been 5 years and i folded!! I couldn't believe it!! But over the years ive trained my mind, i cant get least bit drozzy till i hear your voice!! Hello dear Dale, it's lovely to hear from you. I can imagine how difficult this time is for you. Grief is experienced in waves of denial, anger, sadness, acceptance and everything in between. I feel because it comes in waves, it takes us time to learn how to "surf" the variety of emotions that flow through. Take care lovely and definitely cherish those memories and the bond you share. I truly believe we are never really parted from those we love and will all reunite on some other plane of existence 💜✨

I was really sick while listening to this. Fever, cold, flu and prescribed meds the combo was insane. I kept drifting between sleep and wake. Cold and hot. These weird shapes would form in my head. Black diamonds red triangles and blue circles

I had a dream that God or some powers that rule the Earth tore it apart and inside the Earth it was full of great Egyptian style temples on a scale much larger than any of us. The temples broke apart into different worlds and people were separated by what kind of people they were. Then each part of humanity was destined to live out their days in these new worlds. One of them was like paradise, but the others were barren and hopeless. I think it meant we should try to spend our lives with people. A lot of people these days think it's ok to be alone and independent, but I don't think that's how we were meant to live.
