This Meditation ist very good but there is one thing that disturbs me, it's the music. The ocean waves and your voice together without the music would be fantastic! 😍 The sound of the music is sometimes too loud and too "hard" somehow, if you know what I mean, but it is only my subjective sensation and maybe different from other people. It is definitely very good work! 🙂👍

You know Kim I just was reading the disclaimer and it's a shame that you have to have it. All your trying to do is help people to which I commend you. Your very good at what you do.i can't thank you enough. I truly believe that people are better off to listen to you and Montanna than any shrink or doctor. There answers are always medication. The medications that I was on for three years I believe made things worse for me.Thanks for people like you. So glad to have stopped on my own from them doctors.. Take care

@Kim Carmen Walsh Beautiful cello...I think I have "media fatigue," and really need to relax. :) Also, could you see if there is therapy for PTSD in which sounds startle one so bad, you cannot use headphones anymore? It feels like pure fear in the morning when the alarm sounds; my heart slams almost out of my chest. I sit bolt upright and immediately run to turn it off. Even the whispers in this recording startle me. Is there sound therapy for this wo medication? Thanks,
