@@SaumyaSingh55 personal experience: there was water mixed with petrol that damaged my car engine, when reported to oil company, the shut down the pump for more than a year, and only re-opened after they modified their facilities. However I didn't get any insurance claim for my engine damage. Have to pay for that on my own.
@@dhruvshetty4050 When you say “fill the whole tank” they start friendly talk and stop at 500 ( they already put 500 in machine ) then you will say I said “full tank” they start filling again from 500. But after filling they say 2500 this and 500 first one total 3000. Means they charge 500 extra.
As much as possible, fill in one or two bunks which are reliable. When traveling, get down from the car and see the fuel dispenser when you say tank full.

I have experience it multiple times with Indian oil Pumps. I also was fooled twice in Bangalore but made him put the actual amount after asking for bill and threatening to complaint. I always try to avoid Indian oil pumps
Happened with me too..... but i caught them red handed. They also employ spray sellers or some random guy telling your tyre's are flat just to divert your attention.
This is why I always get down from my vehicle, check whether he has input correct number before picking up the nozzle, ensure that number is zero and then ensure that he is actually putting the fuel into my vehicle’s tank only. Never have been scammed till date. Also, fill up your fuel in litres rather than amount. Less chance of being scammed with preset buttons.
For those who didnt understand, manlo aapne bola 110 ka daldo, ab vo 40 ka dalke bolega ho gya. Fir aap kahoge 110 bola tha. Vo sorry bolke apko ab 40 pe se 70 tk ka daldega bina zero kiye to apko ab 40+30 mila aur paise 110 diye
@@harshajoshi6851uske khne ka matalab hai ke ethically agar usne phle ₹40 tk daala to ₹110 tk jaane ke liye or ₹70 lagenge. But wo meter zero nai krega, and ₹70 pe aake bolega hogya.

The worse thing that's happening now is from different fuel stations you will get different amount of petrol for same amount of money. Aur jab aap bottle ya flask leke jaoge unko expose karne toh ab unhone bottles mein dena mana kar diya hai.
मेरा सीधा सा फंडा जो मैं हमेशा use करता हु.. भैया 1500 का डाल दो भैया- और भैया ये क्या नई लिए थे या सेकंड हैंड, कंडीशन बहुत अच्छी रखे हो ,लो भाई हो गया 300 का... मैं - हां भैया ये लो 300 😂😂😂 मैं कभी उससे नही कहता की नही मैने इतने का बोला था फलाना धिमकाना ,अगर उसने इतना डाल दिया है की मैं अगले पेट्रोल पंप तक जा सकू तो मैं कभी रिपीट नही करता,वो भी सोचता होगा की क्या इसने सच में 300 ही बोला था क्या😂 मानलो दूर दूर तक पेट्रोल पंप नही है और डलाना मेरी मजबूरी है तो मैं सिंपल पहले बार में उसने मानलो 300 डाला तो 300 दे दूंगा फिर जब वो रख देगा पाइप तो वापस बोल दूंगा की 12०० का और डाल दो😂 फिर वो भी मुस्कुराता है और हम भी😂

For this kind of issues don't waste time fighting with saleman. Go to the office and ask the manager to show the automation transaction report. Check how many transactions are done. If they don't do, raise a customer complaint.

Bhai smjh nhi aya😮 ruko, total full kitne me hojata hai.।? 3600 या 3100 मे क्योकि 500 का oil तो उसने डाल ही दिया ना फिर उसने add करा, मानो 500 डालने के बाद अपने उसको और full करने के लिए मना kr diya, तब आपको कितना पै करना होगा?
This happened with me as well when I was traveling with my family, but I was vigilant and caught them in the act. After realising they can't produce last two slips, he said it's ok you pay 500 less which made everyone at petrol pump question him why is he giving 500 free, then give them as well. So then owner came and apologized.
See what they do is, let's say you ask them to fill for 1500, he will say ok, then fill 500. Come close to your car window and you will say boss it's not 500 but 1500 and he will be apologetic and say will fill more and act like putting the nozzle back but just before it touching the reset lever he will come and start filing your car. Important is he will either engage you in talking or block your view to see meter. Then he will say sir filled 1500 more. So total sale is 500 + 1500 so he will ask you to pay 2000. But actual sale is only 1500, he has not reseted the meter for next sale. Now if you confront them and ask last two transaction slip he will act like ok if you feel it's a mistake I will let go 500 because he knows to pump owner he will anyhow have to give 1500 back because pump owner will not let go his sale. Many times the pump owner are aware of such employees or are working with them so they will not give you transaction slip, or threaten you, or say sorry we will make sure this never happens again but this all is drama. They are aware of it and just want to let these petty things happen.

Bhai Indian Oil par complaint daal , maine pura staff hi change kara diya tha... meri locality me, area manager ki call aayi thi khud ki sir ab jakar dekhiye staff badal gya hai.

I would suggest that petrol pumps should be linked with FastTag, where the filled amount of petrol will automatically be deducted from the FastTag balance, which in turn will prevent anything like this and moreover it will also be beneficial for the government to get data for various purposes!
Bhai feed krne pr lock ho jaata hai...you are right but they do not feed that in machine it's non present delivery...5 second vaala koi system nhi hota..
@@inf3rno464 see, he'll start filled petrol from 0 , say you told to fill for 500, he'll fill for 200 and be like oh sir it's done, then you tell him that I asked you for 500 bro! so he'll be like oh, so I already did it for 200, I will do it for 300 more but instead of reseting it to 0 and then filling for 300 more, he'll directly take 200 to 300, so technically you paid 500 but got petrol for only 300
