I have been wanting to get into a engine swap. I can do everything else. But wiring and ecus are keeping me intimidated. I'm wanting to start with a turbo 5.3 into my crown Vic. I bought hptuners to lightly tune my 10' Silverado 6.2. but I'm at a loss on doing a stand alone. More I watch tho looks like I might be able to figure it out

Can other sensors be added for monitoring things such as gearbox/diff temperature and EGT? Can a alarm be set if tyre pressure drops to low?

When are you going to bring out a touch version for people how don’t want to mount a snapon scan tool looking screen onto their dash?

Just like with everything - if there's enough demand for it, we'll make it. The current feedback tells us people prefer buttons to a touch screen, especially in the racing environment when they're wearing gloves.

Any tips for connecting to a Windows 10 laptop? I keep seeing the "ECU not found" message, but in device manager it shows up as "Haltech elite". I plug into an old windows 7 laptop and it worked perfectly

You can do that with pretty much any carbureted engine.

I'd say pretty accurate. Haltech supply the sensor and have a pre-calibrated profile in the software. Pressure sensors are pretty simple devices.

If the fuel level sender is set up and calibrated correctly it should be very accurate.

You use it to measure the earl pressure in your ve-hickle.

I really hope that was an old O2 sensor. If I saw a shop do that I would never go back.

Very observant! During the welding process it's necessary to install a sensor into the threads to keep the threads from distorting while welding. You'll notice that the sensor used during the welding sequence is greasy and black. (old) The sensor that Skylar installs later is new, fresh and grey.

Sorry, unfortunately the iC-7 is not compatible with a Holley Sniper EFI system.

So you lose your speedo when you lose signal to the GPS satellite. Kinda stupid. I wouldn't rely on that.

Pretty hard to be out of range of satellites these days

The GPS module is an optional extra, you can just wire in your factory speed sensor.
