Middle class taxpayers are 5% of population. No govt is going to hear us. We are bulls of oil mill working day and night to make money for employer and govt. Businessman and tax evanders are happy in India.
@@TheEvilspirit91 If everyone is a seller and tax evader then who will be the buyer and tax payer to run the govt. expenditures. With my previous comment I wanted to say that there should be proper vigil and setup by govt. so that tax evading ,black market and parallel economy could be curtailed. You seems to be happy with your tax evasion and generation of black money.

Very informative video sir😊.. If these all things are included in wage code then why some companies are still not following this rule?... Our company gives only 25% of CTC as a basic salary, because of that we miss lot of deductions available in income tax like HRA and employers pf contribution... How can I restructure my salary if HR is not agree for it?

@@chiragkataria4793 first of all govt employees dnt have a CTC concept. They receive a lumpsum (gross) salary. Their basic and DA already exceeds their allowances . Say their basic and DA is 52rupees and allowances 48rupees out of 100.. so this labor code cnt be implemented in their case as they already have basic and DA more than 50 percent ..
Normally ESIC calculated on gross salary, but you said esic will be calculated on basic+DA... If possible please let me know on which amount we need to calculate ESIC... Please update me about state of Gujarat

Sir, in Google it has been mentioned at the last para that it is not compulsory on the part of employer to deduct EPF on excess basic pay of Rs.15000. Then what is the purpose of new wage code? There are companies paying more than Rs.15000 per month as Basic pay but deduct EPF only on Basic Pay calculated as Rs.15000. So what is the point in new wage code? Can you clear the doubt please?

Want to understand few things, like I recently joined a new company, it's a manufacturing company with around 300 employees. Company is registered in Bhiwadi Rajasthan and marketing team is seating in gurgaon. After joining this company I got to know that they don't give a single day, or even an hour break paid. Even if someone is leaving 1 hrs before 6 o'clock, half day salary will be deducted. Also if someone is taking 2 days leave in a month they use to deduct Sunday salary too.
Dear respected Sir, My 10c form has been rejected due to 1.less than 6 months of service 2. Not eligible for withdrawal benefit. What is that means? I have put my date of exit before 15 days and after that I applied both 19c and 10c. 19c is claimed settled but 10c is not settled why? how many days can I withdraw my pension after date of exit? But before it was not happening like this, I was applying pension for friends after 7 days of date of exit. Please give me some solution for it. Thanks
Sir I request to clarify my doubt If new wage is implemented basic will be 50% of CTC. Then will the pf will be deducted at rate of 12% even though it exceeds cap amount 1800. While as per pf employees whose wages is greater than 15000 it's not mandatory for them to contribute to PF. And also as per supreme court excluding hra and other components are to be considered and their 12% is to be deducted towards pf. Please advise

At 5:46 you said that “travelling allowance included hai” but according to the definition of “wages” under point “d” it says that conveyance allowance is not to be included and also any money paid towards travelling is not to be included. So traveling allowance included nahin hai right? Recently ek Supreme Court ka order bhi aaya tha ki ESI calculations main “wages” main travelling allowance include nahin kar sakte karke.

1st you are stupid who joined that company. Before joining company gives you offer letter where salary breakup is always mentioned. No wonder why you lost your job. Always take care of this thing🙏
My company has Company Provided Car Scheme, in which 5-6 lac gets excluded from taxable salary. so employee save a lot on taxes. Will that also be impacted?

Will this new wage changes optional for those who are in notice period? Or is it optional for the employer to decide or it is mandatory to get the changes employ in notice as well as those who are working?.
Hi.. my employer is one of the largest private bank in India. From last year onwards,they have brought a new rule , according to which , employee won't be able to encash the earned/privileged leaves, even though they are leaving the company. So ,all those leaves will be null and void. I want to understand is this valid according to Indian labour law ?? How can my earned leaves be wasted ?? Please reply.

What will happen to the income tax ..? What if a Central Govt employee earns 7.5 LPA and has Travelling Allowance 2.5 Lpa(approx) Being a touring job which was not taxable till now. After 1 april 2021 Will his TA will become part of wage and he will taxed under slab of 30% or something else? Clear the confusion... Will IT exemptions will be effected by 4 Labour Codes..?
@@LabourLawAdvisor in my case, Hotel, travel and food bills are not compulsory for reimbursement It is on fixed basis and travel by general conveyance tickets are not mandatory.

Hi, Does that mean....Esic will also be deducted on Basic+DA now ? and if yes, both portion will be deducted on Basic + DA (Employee + Employer) ? If yes, how will be the take home because earlier it was ( Gross - Employer Portion of PF & Esic) and Esic used to calculate on Gross ? Eagerly waiting for your reply

Hi sir, I want your suggest here, I worked in an organisation for 20 months and due to pandemic I lost my job and my employer told me that we have change the Notice period from 30 days to 15 days and I will get the FNF accordingly but they never informed me regarding these changes in Notice period, I already spoken to them many times and asked for the reference email they have shared with me regarding these changes but they are not giving, now what should I do? Please help me with your response.
