Welcome back to large family meals of the week where I show you what I meal planned and fed my growing family of ten! We work and school full-time from home so there's always lots of meals going down around here! This week I share several Instant Pot dinner recipes, fresh salads, big family lunches and snacks on the go and more.

I had planned on cooking for my family on Easter as well but am 36 weeks pregnant and said awe the heck with it and went to a brunch buffet. Made my life easier. Kept us full until about 8 o’clock at night at which point we threw in some frozen pizzas and said fend for yourselves. Lmao

You can’t just get food, you’re gonna get a weather report. I swear, you’re as cute as a button! Love that your kids can all do laundry, make a meal, sweep a floor, mop a floor, scour a bathtub. Most kids today have to be taught from the ground up, and think they’re worth $15 an hour!!!!!!!

Wow! I love watching you& your kiddos. We are empty nesters now. All 7 of mine are all gone from home. Jimmany crickets wish I had this when they were eating me out of house & home. I could of swore my 6 boys were hollow from the neck down. But we made it! Yeah! LOL LOL! But now I have a problem cooking for just 2, I always cook to much. 😆😅🤣 But I really like your recipes. I only found your channel last week. I feel inspired to start freezer meal prepping because of watching you. And so glad you share when things just don't go to plan. Thats so LIFE with lots of children. Things happen, and often do :D I think I knew that, but we just need to be reminded sometimes.

have you tried hard boiled eggs in the instant pot? You can fit at least 2 and 1/2 dozen in the regular sized one! Put in the trivet, one cup of water, and pile them in! set of high for 7 minutes (no matter how many you put in there!!) . pressure release immediately and get them into some cold water. Perfectly cooked and BONUS they are super easy to peel!!

You are a super mega mom!!😃 The ribs and salad look so good. I also didn't get to make what I planed for Easter but it got made the next day😊 I need to get a melon slicer. I have a mango one and Apple one. I use the Apple slicer all the time. It's so helpful to use when I have a big bag of apples to cut up. I hope you and your family had a wonderful Easter.

My 3 kids are 23,21 and 18, I also have a 2 and a half year old granddaughter. I basically get to do whatever I want at this point in my life and I got spoiled. Last week, I was avoiding some yardwork, making up excuses, and I literally was like," Jamerrill has 100 kids, home schools and still makes 1000 freezer meals a week. Stop making excuses!" Haha.
