Had to come back to write down that meatloaf recipe! These last few months have been very challenging for me as a mother and for my entire family. You know how life throws these curve balls! Anyway, I'm here once again getting ready for work and watching your videos. You make my day a bit easier with all these motivational videos that you share alomg with tips, tricks and your own personal journey. I prefer to take what I WILL COOK in an ice chest with me vs. having it precooked before I go camping. When I go camping I like the full experience with fire camp cook fire,the meals,the smores,the whole nine. 💜

I've done a lot of sheet pan dinners and I find that the flavors of the meats when put together on the pan incorporates the flavors making it taste better. Love your videos. You have a lovely family.

Jamerill..... I have GOT to get you to try the oven proof sheet pan liners!! They come in a pack of 100 and I use them for EVERYTHING!! I will wipe down my counter with a clean dishcloth and then lay one of them down.... and the damp counter makes it stick really well, and then will roll my cheeseballs in grated cheese, or similar food projects on top. Clean up is a breeze because you can just roll up the entire mess and toss it in the trash when you are done! You can even cut one in half to use in a regular 9 x 13 pan. When I am putting up corn, I even wipe my white tile backsplash with a damp cloth and stick one on the wall, and as I cut the corn off the cop with my electric knife, there is NO sticky splatter on my backsplash to wipe off. Or... you can do that to the backsplash behind your stove if you are cooking something that splatters badly. Remember, these are like crockpot liners or turkey bags made for the oven... they are heat proof so heat won't bother it. As much cooking as you do, and no matter how much oil spray you use, I would hate to scrub all those sheet pans and/or crockpots. I do some catering and teach cooking classes to clients at our local crisis pregnancy center, and I line everything because it saves an incredible amount of time!! amazon.com ---PanSaver sheet pan liners

I love broccoli fixed every way. But my favorite was is to steam it in the Instant Pot. It makes the flavor fabulous and the best part is you can slice the stem in circles like you do carrots. The stems are so tender and as good as the florets. This leaves zero waste and makes the broccoli go farther. I use the steam setting for 10-15 minutes, depending on how much I'm steaming. I add the water left after steaming to a tub I keep in the freezer where I put any reusable water from all boiling or steaming. Then when I do soup or stew, I use all that nutrient rich water instead of plain water so even the water isn't discarded.

On Girl I just love you! Family of 10 and you make it look effortless...almost, lol! I am a family of 4 that's me, 2 girls and 1 big kid, aka HUBBY! I don't know how I managed to get my girls grown but I did and it was work! Now we are empty nesters and it has its perks but to be honest I miss having everyone at home! I will always love being a hands on mama! But ANYHOO... I absolutely love the recipes that you make! And because I have always cooked for my family I have no trouble scaling them down for a family of two. I just break them into meals for 4 because we love to have the left overs for lunch and I am not on making my own frozen "TV dinners" and your recipes have great flavor and they are balanced out nutritionally! I am really excited to check out Thrive Market! While my budget for groceries is a bit better now that I don't feed a whole family I still don't see spending outrageously when you don't have to. So thanks!

Jamerrill you are so on top of your families needs. It amazes me that you homeschool, do large grocery hauls which stem from you knowing individual tastes (although your children don't seem to be picking eaters like I was), you then cook all the meals which is a long day or days for you. I respect how you get your kids to help when you are doing freezer meals. Let's face it they all eat it so some help once in a while isn't a hardship plus they get to talk to you about how things are with them. In fact I think the kids really like being in the kitchen with you. I would feel so blessed to have a family like yours. I buy and cook for myself. If I'm well enough I'll cook a meal for my parents. My dad loves lasagne and mum has never really made it for him so it's a treat when I make it. I cook enough for four and freeze half of it. I just wanted to say how amazing you are, expect to hear that a lot from me because you deserve the praise. Keep cooking and I'll keep watching all your videos over and over again. You and your family are always in my prayers.

Looks yummy. Hint: saute onions and/or bell pepper before adding to meat loaf or meat balls. Sometimes the onion still tastes raw after cooking the meat loaf.

@Jamerrill have you tried “eggs in a basket” “toad in the hole” (so many names for the dish) as a sheet pan breakfast? You could cook sausage links along the side I think. I’m an adult and still love eating those occasionally. We had them Saturday.
