I have a doubt. Please answer me. Currently, I deadlift using advaced suicide grip (using only finger tips, not even using Distal Palmar Crease). And currently I can easily lift 80kgs with this grip. I am experiencing my forearms getting stronger and stronger after each workout session, also, my back is getting too strong. So please tell me, will it be possible for me to deadlift 200kgs with this grip in future? I mean, is it possible, since I did not find any video of anyone attempting this.
Lift using your hamstrings. It's all about using your knee while lowering and lifting(most beginners miss to focus this)all the while back is neutral and tight. .That's it.. THE most significant lifting among all.

@@sky.1505 Nothing major it was a just minor injury but I wasn't able to bend over properly and I have to take a break from gym for one week. Now its better but not compeletly healed👍
@@akshitrajputhere ab thik ho gya hai bro.. 1st 3 days back me pain rahi. Mai pura hafta gym nahi gya. Hafte baad pura normal lag raha tha. Ab dobara se mai gym ja raha hu but ab or zada cautiously exercise laga raha hu.

Seeeedha kese rakhna ye to bata dimaaag wale fitnesss coach… ye pata hai ki traineee kese confirm karega uski back seedhi hai if he either is not able to do it or he may not be having a mirror, one has to brace their abdominal core… ab online ye dhundho ki core ko brace kese krte hai kyonki is bhai ko wo nahi pata hoga… ye b abi ja k dhundhega .. core brace hoga to aapki back automatically straight rahegi hamesha
I don't speak a lick of hindi, but my man, if you're reading this just know that your instruction style transcends language. I've watched a lot of instructional content online, and I've only seen one other video in a foreign language which I understood so readily. And that was for jujitsu, which I know much more about than weightlifting. Meaning I'd have every reason to understand that video more quickly, but I think yours still clicked faster for me somehow. Thats really impressive.
