Just started gym a couple of weeks ago, confused and was wondering for a good exercise for chest and boom... Got a vídeo recommendation. All thanks to Lord Krishna, whenever i want something he gives me 🤗 Sir plz continue and thnx for the video Edit: went to gym at 5 a.m.and it's around 9 p.m and i can still feel the pump, as well some broken muscles coz it's paining a little bit 🥲

For begineer all exercise mentioned First of all Warmup 1:25 1. Chest Press 3:28 2. Pec Dec Fly 5:12 3. Incline DB Press 7:58 4. Cable Fly 10:26 💪Follow these amazing exercises

1-2 warmup set 1. Chest press 3set - each set has 12 to 15 rep. Rest for 1 min 2.pec Dec fly - 3 set with 12-15 rep Warmup set now 3. Inclined dumble press- light dumbells (inhale when taking load and exhale when release) 4.cable fly Is it for first day in gym
