I want to make this today. Guess how I treadmill run these days ______ I pause EXACTLY AS YOU DO while I'm always dramatic speaking DYNAMIC inside Praise God UHHHH this is what I wanna make and I run while watching your uploads. You're like my fitness bestie r.n.
Please make sure u stir the baking sod’s properly, I’ve made proper honeycomb before and there were a few bits of baking sod’s left. It’s tastes like 💩
Would love to see the myprotein review! Also can't wait to try out this recipe, gonna get some light evaported milk in a couple of days to try it out ;)
Oh shiz, I wanna put this with the marshmallow into a protein bar, toffee smores type thing. Gonna try this. I have a 1/1 sugar free mix so I'll use a little less since Erythritol is 1 and 1/3 cup for every cup of sugar. Also the spoon can definitely change the enjoyment of the food. The material a spoon is made of can affect taste, especially different metals. You are also using a smaller spoon, meaning you will pace yourself in what you are eating which means you are taking time to enjoy it more with out actively trying.
orange choc, brown sugar bubble milk tea, blueberry cheesecake ( go well with milk, if jz water, better dont), pinaapple, hokaido milk ( taste just like condense milk so it is versatile)..but whatever you do, just dont buy chocolate peanut butter
@@talhadd1234 however, if u mix half scoop of that shit, with 1 teaspoon of dark choco powder, + 1 mash banana, and serve it like a spread on bread, it taste legit...anyway, i wont spend that cash just for a spread, just an idea if u cant finish that shit
What?!?! No spin for the shorts reveal?? Fine........how about "Gams for the ma'ams"? LOL You're my absolute fav recipe presenter bro! I will be making this! A few questions; if I let this recipe cool in a glass baking dish, will it stick? Also, where do you buy your MP protein powder? Cheers
@Rahul I made your recipe and came out great! This is what I was looking for to have a low calorie crunchy topping for my ice cream and Yogurt! thanks bro! But im a bit unsure if I got the right texture. Is it normal that the honey comb feels granulated? I thought the sweetner would melt together with the evaporated milk
@@RahulKamat ok good idea! I dont think it was lack of time in the stove because I took it out when it was already brown... well, I will see how it goes. Thanks
Making it again tomorrow. And yes running clothes always I may need less baking soda than the recipe it tasted all soda ish last time for me 😁💌 Cant wait for another video
You should make a low cal caramel sauce. It shouldn't be too hard considering we already have black Thor's toffee recipe. Walden farms caramel sucks. Love ur vids 👍
I think they have brown sugar flavoring? This is kind of how my mom used to make oven carmel corn. The sauce was butter, brownsugar, milk, baking soda and vanilla.
actually reviewing some of the myprotein product would be pretty cool. I buy from them all the time but im most of the time unsure if their flavours are worth it or simply meh.
Mine flopped twice. Put it in the dish after the puffing from baking soda and then is just turned back to liquid. I thought it could be butterscotch or something but it was so bitter. Oh well.
Are you using erythritol? Other sweeteners will not harden the same way. Also, you may need to hear it much longer on a lower heat to evaporate all the water out
dude can you make a 0 calorie liquid sweetener for coffee because the other day I was all out of skinny syrup (what I use in my coffee) and I thought of you so please make one with minimal ingredients too if you can
I bet if you grind it down into small bits, add peanut butter and a low carb honey crunchy cereal and enrobe it in chocolate, it may make a butter finger (healthy version)
I fricken swore you said condensed milk so I accidentally spent $3 on fat free sweetened condensed milk instead of evaporated milk 😔 not only will it not work its 110 calories for 2 Tablespoons. What can you even use this stuff for lol. Back to the store tomorrow. I have been waiting to make this for weeks haha.
Hi! LOVE your humor and recipes!! I just tried the honeycomb toffee recipe….so you know how many minutes you boiled it on the stove? Candy can be tricky to get just the right texture!!!
Can you make a video on your go-to zero calorie sweeteners and what you use them for? I made your anabolic ice cream with magic shell last night and was thrown off trying to use stevia as my sweetener. The ice cream came out good but the magic shell was too bitter because in order to make it sweet enough I would need to use such a high volume of stevia that it would ruin the texture. What sweetener are you using where you only need a few packets to balance out that much cocoa? Thanks, great channel!
Erythritol + monk fruit blend is my go to for a 1:1 sugar replacement. If you don’t like the bitter taste of stevia, sucralose might be better tasting. I used sucralose (yellow packets) for the ice cream
@@RahulKamat it worked! Quick store run but all they had was not your version of cal free sugar. I'll order your kind I like it best. beautiful comb effect extreme sugar taste so ill crush into my anabolic ice cream!!! Thank you
Rahul I crushed this recipe up over anabolic icecream (frozen raspberries vanilla protein sweetener santagum 😁🙌🏼 and ice with water WHAAAT WHY HAVE I ONLY DONE THIS WITH BAKING FLAVORS My first fruit icecream and the honey toffee on top NAILED my hunger after a hilly 6mile run this morning YAY
Just a little advice. Your content is great… go easy with the jump cuts and jump cut in out zooms. It is pretty dizzying and annoying to watch during your whole videos and sometimes find myself clicking off of them for that reason. This one on particular is pretty over the top. I believe the viewer would actually prefer to see you stumble a bit and be more natural on the videos rather than this max head room kind of editing. Not blasting you, just trying to give you input to help the channel grow
I read an article about some artificial sweeteners actually encouraging bacterial growth or something like that . I think artificial sweeteners as everything should be used in moderation . I personally think during dieting u should be abusing this really but when ur maintaining I think you should be using it in moderation aka maybe use it in half ur meals not everyone single one. Im only basing this on the fact that very few things can be good for u if u have too much , even exercise .
I agree, everything in moderation is best! I’d rather use artificial sweeteners than sugar to save on cals but still make sure my diet is whole food rich
@@RahulKamat but some people aka "Greg" who I think puts out very good information , I think he overlooks the use of artificial sweeteners , I get his demographic is overweight obese people . But my fear is , people are using too much , I see it as a supplement , where it's there to aid you not to be a full on replacement. I am only making this comment since you mentioned eating more artificial sweeteners the better. However I do believe it is better than getting obese by consuming too much sugar , and not being able to maintain a healthy weight. I really don't know , maybe make a video on discussing this .
I just ordered fat-free evaporated milk. This looks too good! Fun fact. Nonfat and 2% low-fat evaporated milk have the same calories in case nonfat is hard to find.
