I died laughing when he said "Please don't wrap it in duck tape" 😂😂 TOO LATE!! And it definitely didn't help, bout a new one and it runs fine now, thanks Ron
I have a 2000 Accord with 400,000 plus miles still all stock except the alternator and starter replaced,My son have a 2001 Accord with 305,000 miles ,These 6 and seven generations Honda Accord last forever with proper maintenance.
When you're installing the boot back on just make sure you have all the air lines reconnected properly. There's some hidden ones on the back, don't forget those.
Thank you brother. I have an 05 accord with 2.4 that I just got with 200k miles and this code showed up but it runs great. I’m hoping after I fix this it will serve me good.
I had code “p0171 Too lean” come up on my automatic transmission 2005 Honda Accord, 2.4l. Today I replaced my cracked air intake tube. The crack wasn’t nearly as bad as many I’ve seen online. I’m really hopeful that this is the problem! I am just over 196k miles
I have an 07 Honda Accord ex 204247 miles on it.the cat is below threshold and it throws a p0171 and sometimes p420.would you recommend replacing the cat with an aftermarket one like 200-300$?I would do it myself if the bolts on the cat aren't too bad
