I alternate Using Virgin coconut oil and Argan oil... for 20years already.. am 70 but many say i look my mid 40's... Filipina from the Philippines.🎉

When I was using it, it is a game changer my hairstylist told me I looked radiant, she asked me what I was doing and I told her. She stated over and over and she couldn’t believe how my face looked. I noticed the difference and my son also it is great. It is a great oil to use on your face, gives you a youthful glow!!😍

Been using argon oil as a moisturizer for over a decade and it works wonders. Better yet, it has no scent lasts all day, and really does help with uneven skin and keeps a youthful appearance as you age preventing dryness and cracking.

I do love argon oil! I mix it with a dab of caster oil and a drop or two of frankincense.

I use castor oil occasionally on my face, but I find it too greasy even with using very little it does not soak into your skin fast. It takes quite a while no matter how much you rub it in. It’s still there so I’m going to try the Argan oil.

Organic Rose hip oil is also fabulous for the skin and non comedogenic too.

Argan Oil is the best! When I tried it freshly squeezed on a trip to Morocco. I knew right away all the cheap argan I was using in the states was not real argan. Real argan absorbs super quick like mentioned and it’s not oily. Its called liquid gold in Morocco, they aren’t exaggerating. Its the only thing I use now, because it’s so easy to use and you can really see the difference. (Coming from someone who gets impatient from trying products and waiting for them to work) lol but also watch out for cheaply priced argan it’s usually diluted/mixed. Argan is supposed to be a bit more than your regular lotion. I’ve been using D’OR Moroccan for about a year now, I’ve found it to be very good all their products are made in Morocco.

I never knew that chiropractor's scope of practice was as huge as your videos suggest. You have tricks and hacks for everything! I don't doubt the good that you have done for your patients at all. I went to medical school and my college roommate went to chiropractic school. We always had a friendly "sparing" about our respective choices. We both agree on the wisdom of the body to heal itself for sure. We both agree that we should stick to what we were taught and what has worked for patients, though we do spar about science and evidence based practice. Of course, my work is backed by lots of solid science, and even he admits that there are "theories" about manipulation and why it works. To me, all that counts is that our patients get better. I wouldn't prescribe apple cider vinegar unless I knew it was solidly evidenced based, and he clearly believes that many of our medications are based on spurious science at best. It makes for interesting conversation as long as we both remember our oaths to "do no harm".

I remember well when Adrienne Arpel brought argan oil to HSN years ago. Everyone else jumped on the bandwagon after she did. But as you said, be sure it's not refined and read the ingredient list on your bottle. The heaviest concentration of any ingredients are always near the top of the list.

I have some and use it on my hair, it's awesome. After watching this I went and put some on the backs of my hands to see how it goes.
