Years ago i decided to use the public pool shower without shoes. Biggest mistake of my life. I have had plantar warts ever since. They just keep coming back. So annoying.

Same thing happened to me. It started with just one but over a few years it became more. Now there's 9 including one huge one. They are very painful and I feel disgusting. If I ever get rid of this I am protecting my feet at all costs 😭🙏

@@Zahra._.zzzzzzzzzz one thing that has helped, but you have to be careful, is clipping away the skin. I probably shouldn’t have done this but i saw people doing this on Reddit. Specifically for very stubborn plantar warts. Using the salicylic acid bandaids, it’s not doing anything on top of the callused skin. So i basically went at my foot. People usually use a razor blade, and wet their foot to kinda shave off the hardened skin. But i am on a blood thinner and i was so worried i would accidentally cut myself using a razor like that. This is so bad omg but i used small scissors. If you do this please be careful. I clipped the hard skin around the wart, the parts that did not hurt if i clipped it. If it hurts i didn’t clip it. It shouldn’t hurt at all, it’s just the hardened skin barrier surrounding the wart. And then when the actual virus was able to be targeted, i put on a salicylic acid bandaid. And i suffocated the shit out of that fucking wart. I just kept changing the bandaid everyday (multiple times a day tbh because it kept falling off since it’s literally the bottom of my heel. Eventually, the virus started to turn white because i was depriving that bitch of air. And i would continue that cycle. Hard skin grows around it, i clipped it, I WASNT BLEEDING AT ALL VERY IMPORTANT do not clip it to the point of bleeding. It should be hard skin around the wart that doesn’t hurt when you clip it. Put another salicylic acid bandaid on it, kept changing it. During the day i would wear the bandaids. At night, i would put duct tape on it. And eventually after a couple weeks of doing that process, i could kinda see some black tiny dots in it and i would just dig it out. With my finger. Spoiler alert, don’t do that. I believe the black dots, that is the actual virus. Now, you would think after literally clipping the virus, it’s gone. 😍…no. It continues to come back, but i have done the same thing for months. It’s important to wash your hands after you touch your foot, because a tiny spot of it actually spread to my finger. I have come to the conclusion that it’s just never gonna go away. I had it frozen off by a doctor the first time i got the virus, around 7 years ago, and it seemed to fuck off. Actually for a couple years. But it does always seem to come back. Btw don’t try those at home freezing things for the wart, it’s nowhere close to how powerful an actual doctor can do it. A dermatologist may be able to help and freeze it. But like i said, i realized freezing it and using salicylic acid to kill the virus isn’t helping if the skin is callused. Basically I’m never using a pool shower again. Ever. Because my god what a mess. I still currently do the clipping hardened skin and bandaid thing, even though it won’t completely go away, it’s not as bad as it used to be. It seems to look better.

All this is good but what about little warts on the face. My dermatologist biopsied them. And he didnt say exactly what type they were. His words..." A type of wart". When he sliced them off for biopsie. They came back and added more about a 1/2 inch away from the the original. Whats safe for the face. Iv used alchahol., H202, Caster oil. And thats about it. Any suggestions please? Im about to use nail polish remover next. The darn thing is right where my glasses land snd it hurts.

Find milkweed (It grows on the side of the road). Break off a leaf, and it will ooze white latex. Rub this latex on your wart. It will itch like hell and go away within days. Worked for me.

Sorry to hear that. Some pain in the area where the warts were burned out is expected. However, you should talk to your doctor if you believe that pain levels are too high or last too long. Your doctor may suggest some solutions to decrease your pain levels. I had warts like this for decades. A few years back I had prepped a bucket of water and vinegar to clean some mold off an exterior door. New house - old moldy door. The wart on my finger was nasty and cracked. The white vinegar stung but I was used to ignoring it. The job took a couple or three hours. When I finished it was clear the wart was unhappy so I used a rag soaked in vinegar to keep the wart wet. By end of day it was clear the wart was going away and in a day or three it was gone. Curiously the warts on my toe and heel disappeared at the same time.

I’ve been to a dermatologist 8 different times with no success, then a podiatrist 6 different times. Have tried beetle juice, cryotherapy, yeast injections, vircin, at home wart kits, 3 different prescription cream/acids, duct tape, castor oil, and banana peels. Nothing works for me. I’m at my wits end and this thing just keeps spreading.

Apple cider vinegar, with soaked cotton & plaster, also lower processed foods & sugar intake, for your immune system, I also add Calamine lotion with earbud direct on the warts afterwards. But it takes about a month+. I even placed Steeldrops ("Staal-druppels" made by Lennon in South Africa) on, which makes the wart septic and eventually dissapears/heals after 6 weeks, but this is painful & leaves wound scars. I also went for the Human Pappiloma Virus vaccine (3 x over 3 months), as warts are caused by the HPV virus.

5FU will 100% get rid of it. My 15 year old plantar wart would not go away after so many differnet treatements. 5FU was the only thing that got rid of it. It took several weeks and burned like hell but it got rid of it.
