I warned my daughter's in-laws about Keto but they did not listen & within one year her father in law was dead from a very fast moving cancer & his wife was not looking very good either as she had gained weight & had big dark circles under her eyes.

@@icfda Yeah, that sounds unlikely to have been the cause. He was probably already sicker than he knew before he started keto. Basically, keto is the Zone diet that most everyone should be eating, which is lower carb (3 parts protein/4 parts healthy carbs, but first, we must make sure we understand our own true orotein requirement and not overeat that, either). I am aware that carbohydrates are the ONLY food group that can make our stem cells (MIT), but we don't need as many as we are commonly (and even gluttonously) eating. We only need about 1/15th that amount. If he died of cancer, he would have died sooner without the keto balance, and if she had dark circles, it's because she wasn't eating antioxidant foods. Keto can be done right or be done wrong, too. Were they using canola oil to fry everything in?--or tallo or butter? We cannot though the baby out with the bathwater when it comes to keto. "Keto" wasn't the originator of that balance. I know of an important document that promotes just such balanced eating (in a healthy approach, no junk oils like seed oils existed at the time) that emerged in the early 1800's. But industry quickly started messing with food right around then, too. Still, today, people are gluttons, and they are paying for it, but also, foods are sabotaged even when they're not being gluttons, and so that's our biggest battle, getting pure, whole, unmessed-with food.

My mother is covered with skin tags. I’ve been keto for three and a half years. I fast regularly. Prior to starting keto I was noticing skin tags. I’ve lost 80 pounds and now have no skin tags. Watching Dr Berry’s video helped me a lot.

My skin tags are easily identifiable, as they have such odd coloration such as $3.95, "do not wash with colored garments", 60% cotton, and other embarrassing statements. I am certain that you can find those 80 pounds again. Just visit a church or other fast food outlet. You will see those 80 pounds everywhere around you.

My husband became diabetic. He’s a ER Nurse. He called me from work and said his sugar was 357. He said he wanted to get rid of it naturally. I told him I’m on it. I’m totally against pharmaceuticals and into all natural healing that’s why he called me and said he wanted to get rid of it naturally. So I cleaned out everything that had sugar in it. And got rid of all the carbs in the house. I did keto to start then went carnivore with in a month he no more diabetes. And we are staying on this path . It’s been great !

I tried the apple cider vinegar for the skin tag that I had on the back of my head and it does work. After the 1st use, the tag got a little darker. By the 2nd day, it was black. By the 3rd day, it started shrinking. By the 4th day, it was getting hard. By the 5th day, it was harder. It did sting a little. The 6th & 7th day were the same as the 5th day. On the 8th day, most of the skin tag broke off. It should only be another day or 2 before it is all gone. This really saved me from a doctor's visit and fee. Thank you so much!

Five years ago I was covered in skin tags in my arm pits and all around my chest. My doctor offered to burn them off, I decided to do some research instead. I found I had insulin resistance and started the Keto diet. I lost 60 lbs, felt better than I ever had in years and all the skin tags were gone within a couple of months.

Thanks for your video. As for warts, the late Edgar Cayce who was the Father of Holistic Medicine advised to use the Palma Christie Castor Oil on warts and moles. I had an ugly mole on my hip that came up, and because it kept growing and turning dark colors, my family doctor had me scheduled for a biopsy. In the meantime, I applied the castor oil twice per day and placed a band-aid over it. Within two weeks it fell off. The doctor still did the biopsy to check the root, and there was nothing to find. He also said he's never heard of a mole just falling off. It's never come back either. A friend had a large black mole on her face too for over 30 years, and after a few weeks of dabbing the castor oil on it, it disappeared completely as well. As for plantars warts, Edgar Cayce recommended mixing castor oil and baking soda into a paste, then applying it to the plantars wart. You need to place a big enough Band-Aid over it. I applied this day and night on the large one I had , and by the end if the fifth day, it was gone! It did come back just a little a few yrs. later, but dissolved again by applying the mixture.

I have to believe that everyone who chooses a career in medicine starts out with that same motivation to genuinely HELP people. The machine chews many up and spits them out along the way, I'm sure. I had a doctor who had me on 15 different prescription medications for years and I took a long hard look at how my overall health felt worse rather than better. Absolutely true. I was pre-diabetic, with metabolic syndrome and insulin resistance, and since going on a high fat, low carbohydrate diet, all of my skin tags (of which I used to get many, frequently), have gone away and not returned. Additionally I lost about 50 lbs and my blood pressure, triglycerides, and other health markers all became normalized. Quite astounding results. Sugars are the scourge of modern health and cause many knock-on and downstream ill health effects, including predisposition to various cancers. Most people and many doctors are still ignorant of this. Treat the cause, and the symptoms just do not appear or go away.

I have tested several home remedies from the video, I find raisins on the spot best cut in half, raisins have natural salelicilic acid in them and where do you use that in wart remedies. I had an extreme foreign body sensation on one wart, the halved raisin reduced it greatly, the cut side must be on the wart, I use sports tape as a band-aid. I also tested a raisin on a corn on my foot, it greatly reduced the foot pain from the corn and that was after just one night, but that's when I used 2-3 raisins cut in half.

I ordered the poviodone online, got bandages and a long tag, 1/8+ inch, fell off by 2nd day. I was already sick so I figured I can recover & do some self care, so I got another couple of weeks in bed. I'll b bandaging up more tags, testing again & again. I started taking Vit. A, and skin tags have started to shrink and disappear. Am going to try iodine and crushed garlic to help get rid of what's left. Providine Iodine also gets rid of toe nail fungus fast. Tried numerous things that kept it from getting worse, but the Iodine was miraculous. So will be trying it along with garlic juice on skin tags, Dr. Berg. Namaste.

Works for me everytime....sleep with crushed garlic bandage to the wart or tag. 1 night, maybe 2. After a few days the skin around the wart will peel, wart comes off, skin is back to normal in a week. Applying fresh aloe multiple times a day helps the skin heal faster after the peeling.

..I am not sure if I have a skin tag or a mole that has come up on my neck in the hollow of the collar bone.....I think it started as a small blister...could it be related to Shingles... I tried to put crushed garlic on it under a band aid...and it stung/burned quite some so I endured it thinking it might be doing some good...but then took it off...it has now turned the skin around it blackish underneath and has made me very dizzy...headaches...any ideas of what and why...thanks T

@tneil7075 I'm not a Dr, btw, but in my culture garlic is often used to ease things like tooth ache or a cough...However, garlic, I believe, is acidic which would account for the burning sensation & discolouration. This does not sound good to me. Try applying pure aloe vera to it (to help it heal) & ask for advice from a dermatologist / a Dr. A more gentle thing to try would be applying castor oil on the area, but make sure the area is well-covered as castor oil can stain clothes/bed sheets. Another benign option is, as suggested in this video, applying a small section of the inner part of a banana peel & cover this with a plaster/ bandaid. Clean & dry daily & change daily with new piece (of banana peel). Others have mentioned using colloidal silver. Go with a trusted brand, as there are some fake companies out there. Colloidal silver will also aid healing of skin in that area. Cover with a fresh plaster/bandaid daily. I know a lot of people recommend apple cider vinegar, but that is also rather acidic for your skin. For that reason alone I'd veer towards the more natural options of castor oil, (inner part of) banana peel, or collloidal silver. Good luck!

Good info. I have one more remedy for skin cancer (not melanoma) - Put a tablet of pancreatin (digestive enzymes) in water and keep in the fridge up to 4 days. Twice/day rub the wet granules on the lump. It digests it. My 2 were gone in a few days, leaving a red mark where the lump was. They did not grow back. Friends used it on lumps that were scheduled for surgery and when it was time for surgery, they were already gone. Another one used it on a darker bump and it digested the whole thing even below the skin, leaving a hole. Never grew back. Seems to digest the tumor and not the normal skin.

Had lots of skin tags. Used to twist them to make them bleed, they dropped off a couple of days later. They'd grow right back. I cut right down on carbs, dropped the veganism for omni diet. Lost weight. No more skin tags. Still have a wart. Looks like a couple of good ideas to try. Thanks!

I had a few small warts on the back of my left calf and thigh. I also had a few small skin tags. However, they began to disappear when I went on a keto diet w/intermittent fasting. Yes, I was type2 diabetic. My blood sugar dropped so low, I began to lower insulin intake drastically. Another result was to drop a waist size in just a few weeks without really trying. Just going low carb while increasing healthy fat intake and a small portion of protein was so easy. The disappearing of warts and skin tags was a welcomed surprise!

I absolutely agree with this. I developed skin tags during pregnancy and at the same time had gallbladder issues. I didn't know until recently the connection between insulin resistance, liver and gallbladder issues and skin tags but I started over recent months to fast and to lower my carb intake as well as eat raw food rather than processed and guess what... My skin tags disappeared! Only then did I start to make the connection and research it. I am confident in saying that I must have had insulin resistance and now I dont

I am told a woman becomes insulin resistant for the duration of a pregnancy to increase insulin and promote growth. Maybe your changes in diet speeded your skins recovery but likely nothing was actually wrong. Good to stay that way and you're on the case!

BTW. I used this remedy on my hubby's warts on his head. he too screamed because the effect of being too hot that what kills it. I did it every night daily I mean for 2-3 weeks.leaving no scars whatsoever. And on his face I used tiny mashed fresh garlic. The juice is also incredibly painful. Searing.. leaving no scar and his warts on the face disappeared too. I'm worried it may cause cancer. And now he is fine and worried free.

Thanks for the info! Wanted to add I had a skin tag on my lower armpit, I experimented with various remedies with moxed results. Then I tried straight tea tree oil. I treated it 2 times the first day... thought it looked a bit withered that night, but thought I imagined it. Next morning it was BROWN and had shrank. 2 more treatments that day... I was so tempted to snip the stalk, nut I didn't... one treatment next morning. It fell off while applying lol. Has not been back in 2 years

..I am not sure if I have a skin tag or a mole that has come up...I think it started as a small blister...could it be related to Shingles... I tried to put crushed garlic on it under a band aid...and it stung/burned quite some so I endured it thinking it might be doing some good...but then took it off...it has now turned the skin around it blackish underneath and has made me very dizzy...headaches...any ideas of what and why...thanks T

dr.bergs remedy was half povodine iodine, half garlic juice with pulp. I had a big tag on my eyelid. I put the iodine and garlic on for 5 days and it was gone!

I have had a ton a neck skin tags. They got worse with my desk job and not eating well. I have comepletly changed my diet, no processed food, focus on nutrition and yes, I noticed the tags shrinking, noticeably! I thought I was imaging it at first, but what a happy side affect of getting healthy 😊

Right on! Wish I had this information years ago. I had asked my Dr about the skin tags. He said they’re common, sometimes hereditary. I had them on my eyelids, neck and under my arms. I went on a diet consisting of low carbs & starches no sugar. Except One cheat day a week. I lost 77lbs in a little over a year. I noticed the skin tags “evaporating” as I lost weight. Lots of other great things happened and are still happening.

I am 6 ft tall and was up to 297. I don't want to break 300 so I went on a healthy diet and lost 85bl . I was never hungry and possibly even ate more then before. Losing the weight wasn't just about looks , I felt so much better. People give up because it takes time, took me about a year.

I use straight iodine after scratching at the skin tag a bit. Cover with a band-aid with iodine on it leave for one day usually enough then gone.

very helpful video regarding skin tag, I had cluster of 4 verruca warts on my foot for 5 months it's just healed up now and i got rid of them by wrapping banana skin with duct tape and night while I slept. using an antibacterial cream and foot soaks every night that i put in Apple cider vinegar, Epsom & Himalayan salts and tea tree oil. I also saw a podiatrist 3 times which he scrapped down the dead skin on top of the wart. till the last month I learnt how to do it myself. I am currently starting keto lifestyle to lose weight and keep it off so hoping my skin tags will vanish on their own.

I had one small tag on the left side that faded away and I have one tag that was a bit larger and that one's size has diminished but the skin tag has not completely dissappeared. I thought I have always eaten healthy but in the past I ate much more carbs and sugar,go have reduced carbs and sugars and have benefits very quickly from that reduction. I am considered in good health but am 70 years old and was alarmed when my A1c increased d to prep diabetic level . I immediately changed my diet and my A1c reduced by one point in 6 weeks. I continue to improve my diet

After successfully removing skin tags only to have them return, I've increased my iodine intake. I now take a 12.5 mg (milligram) supplement in addition to my multivitamin 150 mcg (microgram). No more skin tags.

When I was a kid, I had some warts. I also had some formaldehyde. I put petroleum jelly around the wart, then applied one drop of formaldehyde to the wart, allowing it to dry. A single treatment removed the warts permanently!

When I was in high school, it was a regular feature of biology lab. I got mine from the local pharmacist. It didn't matter that I was a kid. Yes, it kills cells and is a carcinogen. Try Organic apple cider vinegar on a cotton ball and attach it to your skin tag with a bandaid; overlay with duct tape to cut off the air supply. It will fall off very quickly.

I have been Ketovore for 3 1/2 years, since Type 2 diagnosed. Blood Sugar is well controlled. I eat no sugar, very low carbs, high fat, and moderate protein.. My skin tags, mostly on neck, have NOT disappeared.

When i was 11 years old i had a skin wart on my foot and I was told it will never go away. But I kept poking it and cutting it off with nail clippers and going deep for the root until I actually removed it permanently. 30 years later it never reappeared again. But I have a big skin mole under my breast since birth and when I was a child the doctor said not to remove it if it doesn’t bother me. The problem is the mark grew with me and became a skin tag (not flat anymore) and it’s exactly where my bra goes and that affected its weird shape. I never noticed the actual growth until I got pregnant. I started seeing many birth marks getting raised with pregnancy and when I checked the big one under the breast I realized it is also bigger than what it used to be. I am a reasonably slim person and I think I have a good diet but I got the gestational diabetes so what you’re saying about insulin resistance makes sense in the context of what is happening with my birth marks at the moment.

I appreciate your video. I wanted to mention that Tagamet get rid of warts. My daughter first grade friend would ride in our car almost every day. Out of the blue my daughter and my two other kids and I get worts. I was surprise and mentioned it to my daughters friend mom. She shamefully admitted that her son had worts and that that’s how we got them. She then told me that Tagamet worked to get rid of them. We all were on Tagamet and the worts went away. However, when ever I am really stressed I get little warts on my thumb. I understand that they stay in your system once you get them? Anyway that’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

I removed one that kept snagging by covering it with a waterproof band aid. I didn't change the band aid for 2 weeks when I did it was totally gone. 2 years on it is still gone.

Yes, they are ugly. I commented to someone that skintags look like polyps (found inside the body) and someone else agreed that they probably were equivalent. So if you have skintags, you may also have polyps inside the body.

I got a skin tag few months ago after I start eating a market bought Halwa sweet. After I realised it and reduced sugar in my diet growth stopped and tag's size started reducing. I have started to consume garlic and Acv and seeing great improvements

This is interesting. I've had skin tags for a long time, which have been a nuisance that insurance companies declare as cosmetic only and not covered. Over the last year I have been eating better, losing weight and exercising more. I don't appear to have developed any more tags beyond what I already have.
