The pasta looks beautiful and perfectly done. It's true that the overall dishes and sauces aren't strictly italian but this doesn't bother me at all. Olivia it's a pasta restaurant not a traditional italian restaurant, so I think it's a very smart move to make perfect italian pasta but served with a different vision and a modern touch. As a very well known italian chef said, "pasta is a white canvas ready to be paint in thousand different way, who really make the difference is the painter" God job Olivia and Mark

Mark in Italy we hate the red and white checkered tablecloths, they are so out of fashion! Now we definitely prefer more modern restaurants, quite similar to that one in the video. Anyway good job as usually! 😁
