#1 Chevy Trailblazer Right signal high beams issue FIXED 

For anyone finding this videos now, it works. Just got done doing it on my 05 Tahoe but didn't 3D print anything, just used a small amount of JB weld plastic bonder to fill in the small groove. Also I didn't remove the back just the cover with the four screws, let the JB Weld set and greased everything on it, added benefit no more harsh click when setting the turn signal or on the reset you can almost not even hear it it's so smooth with the extra lubrication.

I just did this on my '04. It solved the high beam issue, but now my wipers won't shut off completely. @Stas Makes or anyone else, can you please advise? I only removed the screwed on cover, not the back. Thank you.

So I can just replace the whole piece with one from the junkyard?
