@@juanitahyde1265 I had an ayurvedic treatment where they first gave me medicine to detox and ayurvedic diet and was also prescribed multivitamins. It took 3-6 months to recover. I still have gut issues as I am unable to control my eating habits. Its better if you find a good doctor who has a holistic approach in treating you by using food, taking proper blood tests etc. But ultimately it comes down to our own willpower, kweping in check out eating habits, working out.. observing what foods cause problems, eating on time, cutting processed and outside food. sleeping on time, stress management etc. bcz treatments definitely work and will get us out of the crisis but we should change our lifestyle to keep it consistent which I am too struggling with :)

Antibiotics sometimes are not cure for stomach problems. Don't take salty n fried foods.Take curd with Rice without salt for a couple of weeks. Maximum gut problems will be cured

I'm so glad l came across your comment as l suffer low blood pressure and this hopefully will help . . Good warning for others though to go easy on it ,, maybe it takes quite a while before bad effect though . . needs researching !

How many sticks of licorice root is safe per day ?

​@@PsalmopoeusDoma not for everybody. In small doses it might lower blood pressure if everybody's a little different. In very small amounts it probably won't make any difference. . You can probably get licorice candy in an Asian grocery store. Raw root can't be soaked in water and run through a strainer

Have it grated . Make sure u get it cleaned with baking soda and vinegar. Organic cabbage is best. Add lemon juice, s little salt, one teaspoon roasted and crushed peanut , ev olive oil and topped with parsley or celery. Add a little sugar. Tasty raw cabbage salad❤

if hpylori is detected you must eradicate it using antibiotic regimen..dont just blame the doctor.think before u speak

@@Wil_Dsense I'm the same as you. I'm juicing and eating cabbage since last month and my life changed for better. I have had h pylori since 2016 and I struggled A lot. I'm now taking very serious my gut health and sticking with my new journey. Please make a juice 3x a day for cabbage, eat cabbage as salad raw or steamed, and eat a lot of kimchi and sauerkraut and reduce stress. I hope I can help a little bit. 😍😍
