Whats crazy to me (and thats probably normal in every coffeestore so i don't blame you) is how much waste there is, for example 18:49, this cup was basically not used at all and got thrown away. Or how the milk is wasted, or that you have packages for milk and how much you use in a day, wouldn't it be possible to use large barrels like they use for beer? Or that even when people sit there they still use plastic/paper cups while you basically could use porcelain mugs, like in my head this is just one coffee store out of many and if you think about all the waste which is created in just one day, just mind blowing. But still thanks for the pov! Super interesting to watch!

You a good barista but I really want to know why while steaming milk for a drink the wastage of excess milk😂 i can see you power down the drain more than you serve 😂 You could measure before hand and have various pichers for each certain size drink .. The fact that you tuck the towel for cleaning the coffee handle in the trashcan is gross. And then you also dry your hands on it. This is extremely unsanitary. You ca get a dry brush that hangs on top of the coffee machine by a magnet so you can clean the old coffee remains, and clean milk pipe with a CLEAN napkin that sits on top of the coffee machine.
