1 Hour FULL BODY WORKOUT | No Equipment + No Jumping at Home

Let’s work our entire body with this follow along workout using only our bodyweight as the resistance!
This is a full body workout at home for you to follow along with me! It is full of different exercises and movements to work your total body. It is low impact (not low intensity!!) with no jumping so an apartment friendly workout too!
No sports equipment needed but you will need a mat or elbow friendly surface, a bottle of water handy and maybe open those windows!
This bodyweight workout consists of 3 main parts: each exercise will be followed by a staple exercise. Each exercise within each part is performed for 50 seconds, 10 seconds to then to get ready for the next exercise!
The following exercises are each followed with 'ON HANDS BRIDGE TO HOVER'
REAR LUNGE TO SIDE LIFT
REAR LUNGE TO SIDE LIFT
STAGGERED SQUAT
STAGGERED SQUAT
SQUAT HOLD ALTERNATING STEPS
HANDS BEHIND KNEELING TO SQUAT
REAR LUNGE TO X OVER SQUAT
REAR LUNGE TO X OVER SQUAT
PLIÉ SQUAT ON TOES
The following exercises are each followed with 'PIKE PUSH UPS'
SHOULDER TAPS
WIDE PUSH UPS
PUSH UP w/ 2 CROSS FOOT TAPS
SCAPULAR PUSH UP
HYPEREXTENSIONS
HOVER PLANK TO SIDE PLANK
HOVER PLANK TO SIDE PLANK
SINGLE LEG PLANK UP & DOWN
SINGLE LEG PLANK UP & DOWN
PLANK TWIST
The following exercises are each followed with 'TOE REACH TO EXTENSION'
ARCHER SQUATS
CURTSEY LUNGE TO FOOT TAP
CURTSEY LUNGE TO FOOT TAP
PISTOL SQUAT
PISTOL SQUAT
FRONT FOOT ON TOES LUNGE
FRONT FOOT ON TOES LUNGE
SQUAT ROCKS
HAMSTRING D STOP TO RAISE
HAMSTRING D STOP TO RAISE
Done!
Please ensure you warm up prior to this workout and make this your own, adapt to your capabilities and energy on the day. Take a break as and when you need to. You can change each exercise to how you prefer such as bending at knees in leg lowering or push ups on knees of course.

Aah, Caroline you’re officially my favourite fitness RU-vidr, hands down!! This was incredible! Loved, loved the arms section 😂 Thanks for including the pushup w/ foot taps:) And the single leg up and downs were nice and challenging too esp. with the pike pushups. I did the leg sections with a 27.5 lb dumbbell so it just made this workout all that better. I feel powerful, strong and super sweaty lol 💪🏾💪🏾 Thank you sooo much! Please never stop doing this 💕💕💕

Right when I thought on hands bridge to hover would be over, it always comes back!! Still, I love it though I am crying halfway! First of all, thank you for making workouts to make our bodies strong instead of just loose weight! Update: Halfway to the workout and just kill me already! And now I know tomorrow is yoga day no doubt after this body wrecking workout

I was looking for a new challenge because I was feeling so stuck with my exercises and so unmotivated to exercise. Than I discovered your channel on Friday and did one of your workouts and it was so thrilling. Like so much new moves and it really challenges me. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE your workouts, I've been doing a bunch of them lately but I didn't like this one at all. Too many reps of the same exercise gets really boring, I started switching it for other variations after a few. That said, I liked that this one even though was no jump still required a lot of effort and made me sweat A LOT

Hello Beth! Hello there! I will be sharing nutrition video next month but my nutrition is simply very balanced, I don’t eliminate any food types and don’t count my calories or macros. I ensure I get protein with every single meal (love fish, poultry, steak, turkey) plus whole grains, eggs, nuts, tons of vegetables, and always remain hydrated! Come the weekend, I love my Saturday nights take away and eating out!! 💓💓💓Balance is so important so that it’s sustainable.. I love eating healthy and giving my body lots of energy to train! 🌟

Hi Caroline! I'm so glad I've found your channel you're so professional and motivating.. I've been working out with really heavy weights but I've never felt the burn especially in my glutes but following your workouts videos with only bodyweight I can feel the burn.. I was just wondering are these workouts suitable for people who want to gain weight since the gym in my area is closed due to this pandemic? You want single leg up and down plank? I'll give it to you. I will struggle but I'll give it to you😭. This workout got my sweating in places I didn't even know I could sweat. My shoulders, inner part of my elbows and my underarms... my arms feel like noodles but I finished the workout

I couldn't do the pistol squats properly, anyway I did what I could do and guess it's ok since even Caroline was struggling. Also my wrists started to ache towards the middle of the workout but I pushed through the pain and completed the whole thing🥳

Hello Andrea, yes the side planks etc are a lot on wrists. Simply drop when it’s too much to take a second. Ensure you warm up wrists too with circles etc! 💓💓💓💓

Hi Caroline. All done!! I love your 1 hour workouts and this was a really tough one I thought. You had chosen hard exercises for the repeats and the push ups series was just so hard!! But at the end there was a real sense of achievement in getting through it all. I really am getting much stronger since I started training with you...your workouts and instruction are just so good. You have the ability to make all the hard work enjoyable! 5 minute plank done...but actually I thought that was the least of it compared with what was to follow. OMG that upper body routine is brutal. Nice to see that you have to stop and rest sometimes too! Makes you human and more relatable. I seriously need to get stronger. I think this upper body workout was too advanced for me. Loved the leg routines tho, that I could do. Apart from getting very low on the single leg squats, my heel comes up! Thank you, brilliant.

Oh my gosh, this is killer!!! No equipment, no jumps, but lots of burn! My arms and my legs are dying haha, and I'm just past halfway through. Had to take a quick break to take a breather! Always so challenging! Love this! Working for progress everyday ♥️

that was once again such a video where I really have no words if I were to list the exercises that were new to me, I would go beyond the scope of this even these intermediate exercises were very intensive in themselves the same procedures as every day excellent and great video, 😇 for me one of your best 💯 Do you actually know how much good you are doing us with these videos and we cannot return the favor at all, which I think is a shame but always sympathetic as you can't keep up the 50 seconds with some exercises 🤗

I don't think I ever commented on RU-vid or anywhere else but I had to tell you how much I enjoy your workouts Caroline. I love exercising but I really struggled to get into home/video workouts until I found your videos. Now, I am actually excited going into my cold, damp, full of spiders garage :)

Hi, I am a very big fan of you and I like to do your 60 minutes Hiit trainings. However this training is not my favorite one. The reason is that I am not a fan of the In-Between excercise called ‘On hands bridge to hover’. Maybe it is because I am a man of 56 years old 😀

OMG - that was just WOW Christmas Eve just done a run.... and thought let’s finish it off with a Caroline workout. It seemed to me easy at first, but.... 😮 i felt the burning all over my body. Finally, I managed to finish the workout. All good workouts must come to an end!!! You are my favourite!!
