Im a mom with a special needs child who had to stop running months ago because I have to be home with my child. I was getting depressed not being able to move. I found this video and powered through to the end. Thank you from all special needs moms for giving us a great workout we can do from home.

I only had 40 minutes to workout, and this was AMAZING. I burned 350 calories in 40 mins.(I am 5"5 and 122 lbs). Will definitely do the entire hour next time. GREAT for a big calorie burn and entertaining moves!

I finally did it... 5.5km 7350 steps 645 kcal burned... It was recorded by my amazfit trex... I love it !

Omg! I 💕 your long videos! I usually do about 3 of your 20 minute ones but long ones like this keeps me to just one. Your workouts have helped me lose so much weight in the past month and half because they keep me moving without over stressing my body. I play my own music in the background (135-140 bps workout playlists) and use your workout as a guide to transition my movements. I pretty much do your workouts exclusively lately. Thank you so much for your hard work on these videos!

Had to stop for water twice and had to modify a few of the exercises cause of my knees but I was surprised this workout didn't irritate them! Thank you coach Brian for kicking my rear today!

Hi guysss Ive been trying this workout and to be honest it is really effective i did this everyday after doing my houseold chores and im from 68 kg and ive been doing this in a month and now im 57 kg i lose my face fat snd i losy my love handles because of this workout of course pair it with diet and fasting,sleep early and with consistensy and you will see massive results

I transitioned from your 30 minute workout to this and I love it. Feels super long but I can't believe I can do it all and best of all, NO JUMPING OR STRESSING THE BODY TO THE MAX like insanity did. Insanity is amazing but my knees couldn't take it no more. Thamks Brian!! You deserve a MILLION

Fantastic workout I almost gave up I haven't been doing this jumping exercises and it was difficult abit but the fact that I did the whole thing makes me feel proud of myself even though I wasn't doing it like you atleast I moved the whole time... Thanks for this one!

Taking a break from Crossfit due to a back/knee injury. Was able to do the entire video without any pain. After the first 7min thought the hour would take forever. But after that it went pretty fast. I'm going to check out the rest of your videos. This was a nice change of pace and different from any other videos I've found. Thank you!

Hello i am back 2 my workout routine after 2 months i had a good stamina on treadmill before. This time i tried to switch and i started with coach brian .. today i did this video and hardly could make it to 30 minutes..man it looks easy but i actually is a crazy workout... thanks coach

Results comment. So, I have 1,5 steps space (really). But I did this workout fully. I didn’t stop. So don’t be lazy. 10 June - 59.5 kg. Burnt 529 kcal (🔥) 11 June - 59 kg 😲 12,13,14 June - I hurt my arms and back, but still I was doing lightly this workout burning 250-350 kcal. 59.2 kg 15 June - 527 kcal I don’t think that I’m gonna do it every day, but I’ll update every day of workout. Good luck 🍀
