You got this! Most of us didn't complete the workout on day one, but as days goes you will see the difference and then bit by by on pushing (without getting injured of cos) you will complete it for sure! :D

Seems a lot of calories for what you described. I've done the whole thing without stopping several times, and average between 420 and 450 calories, which I expect from my previous exercise routines. We're about the same height but I weigh less than you based on your response on this thread. However, I kinda wonder how good your fitness tracker was. All fitness trackers have error margins. So if you can, benchmark with another tracker, to see if you could replicate the same result. The reason I suggest this is because if the tracker is really off by a large percentage, it would impact on your fitness journey. I guess you probably want to lose some weight. So, if the tracker gives you some calories burned figure that are not very correct, and you base your intake on that, you may not get the results you hoped for because the difference between calories intake and calories burned would in reality be less than you had calculated. * Edited for minor typos.

During the rainy season in Indonesia, I found you. and in my opinion this is the best substitute for walking and jogging. very light & easy to follow. without realizing it has burned 600 calories. I thought this was one of the regular walking workouts and when you started jogging I just went with it. It was very good and my legs are definitely tired now. Will do this again.

Can't wait to do this tomorrow morning. I used to think 1 hr was too long but I am loving it so much. I try to do 1 1/2 hour of your workouts daily. When I first found you, it was hard keeping up with your energy. But now, I am keeping up and am doing your hour long workouts without stopping. This is the one time I enjoy the ads though lol.

Okay, I did it … Constant running is not my thing, especially after having done a DFO for a genu valgus condition. So I'm not very flexible at my knee joint. But I've come a long way and I do as best as I can. I try to keep moving to raise my bar. I hope that by doing these running workouts that I'll be able to maintain a 30min high intensity on a treadmill.

Loved it! Light but swift moves will definitely burn calories while protecting your joints from too much stress which often happens with more heavy loaded workouts. If you want long-term consistent way of exercising, this type of workout will serve you well for years to come. Injury free workouts are rare to come by! Did this video for the first time. It was fabulous. My country is in total lockdown so I was missing the challenging walks of steep hills. This is the perfect substitute. Did the entire workout: love the active recovery segments. Btw I am 65. Don't just watch the video. Try it.

So I suppose this has become my NUMBER 1 go-to exercise for meaningful workout. The range/variety of doable exercise motions from start to finish is so impressive and wasn’t boring at all. The only downside of this video was the frequency of the ads but again, if I were paying for a personal trainer it would cost me waaaay more, so it adds up in the end. I felt like I worked every part of my body and I will recommend this video to my RU-vid subscribers once I reach my target weight and body goals. My Apple Watch calculated this exercise routine as 5.65km, active calories 458 cal and total calories as 561. Not bad at all for an indoor exercise routine. Now whenever I can’t go out for a run cos of bad weather or some other excuse, this video will be IT!!!

Thanks a lot! This is exactly my dream workout! I've just finished doing it. My heart rate peaked at 160 bpm during the workout. That's good for me because I'm 26 years old and female. I've not felt too tired while working out but sweated a lot!

I am stuck at home recovering from a medical procedure, and found that your workouts are exactly what I need right now. You gave me motivation to restart doing physical exercise. I can follow your workouts because they do not focus too intensively on specific muscles, are more cardio-like, but still effective. I did this workout yesterday and loved it. Thank You! What an amazing work out! I hope you make more Cardio & Abs workouts! And exerxices considering age group 50plus. I enjoy it so much, that theres not much of talking & explaining. Just running & exercise. Its for me like a meditation at the same time sweating & loosing some weights. And the Bachground Music is not so loud and fast. Started today 5th July 2021! Did not do it as rigorously and quick as you but managed to finish full work out in sweat! Dumb me only failed during the stretching exercise whereby i thought the whole 30 secs were dedicated to one side only (i.e. 30 seconds for right side and 30 seconds for left side lol since my head was directed towards the floor, i did not see you change side) Besides, thanks for this amazing workout; hope i can keep up and burn even more calories!

I was gonna give up half way but I pushed through even tho at times I understand to walk because I was out of breath. Great work out. Sweaty.
